1 Start your own small project step by step using Project Management- Case Study Is it possible to create and manage our own small project using the Project Management concept? Construction projects are the most complicated projects to manage among all the industries. Therefore, construction project management involves the most effective tools and techniques in management. However, in order to manage our own small business, do we need all the construction project management tools and techniques, or we can select the tools and techniques, which fits our needs? Accordingly, I have decided to start my first small project to invest some money and implement the project management tools and techniques, monitor the progress, and gradually increase my invested capital to be able to establish a second project and so on. My strategy to develop the small project is as follow: Project concept should not contradict with Islamic rules and believes. Project invested amount should not exceed 5,000 US $. Investment in Stocks and Forex require Experience: Not at all, I came across a method to find people who are investing on the Stocks and Forex, watch their past performance for the last 36 months to confirm if they were making money or losing, and simply copy all their actions (trades). It means if they buy something, you buy with them, and if you sold something, you do the same in real time without any interfere from your side. In other words, If one trader is investing 1,000 $, and you copied him/her for 100 $, If s/he made 100 $ profit, you make 10 $ since your copy ratio is 10%.
