4 1. General info online catalogue Online catalogue manual for dealers (no customer information!) 1.1 Access types The Hettich Online Catalogue enables the sale of Hettich products. It can be used by all Hettich customers. The catalogue can be accessed free of cost. There are two access types: - Guest access - Registered customer access Guest access The guest has a limited scope of operations: - No price description - No order facility - No tender/bid texts Queries are sent to the stored addresses by fax / . 5 1.2 Accessibility to the online catalogue The online catalogue can be directly accessed from The individual languages can be selected from the section on the left. If another language version needs to be started directly, then it can be interchanged by accessing the code de = German pl= Polish nl = Dutch etc. 1. Customers can register online under 2. Select registration and enter the user data. The dealers can also fill in the registration along with their customer or on the customer s behalf. The advantage: The dealer names can be entered directly. If there has been no dealer assignment from the side of the customer, then it can be carried out by Hettich in discussion with the dealers. 3. The registration is forwarded to Hettich and checked. In discussion with the dealers, it is checked primarily, whether the registration process is initiated by a genuine processor (and not a private customer) 4. The user is activated and asked to confirm the user details. The dealer receives corresponding information. In the online catalogue the guest cannot see any prices or process orders. After successful registration, the customer is able to see the recommended retail price. The process of adjustment of prices for the customer can be learnt in a subsequent chapter. 6 1.3 Functional features of the online catalogue Application oriented product structure Based on practical selection criteria, the fittings are structurally represented. Graphical selection All the products can also be selected and accessed from product images. 7 CAD information Additionally a 2D hole pattern and a 2D/3D CAD design of the item can be displayed and saved in 50 different formats. Order An order can be created in 3 simple steps. The complete order value is identified. Different supplier addresses, partial pallet quantity costs, consignment specifications are considered. 1.4 Starting Catalogue from dealers Homepage A link to the Hettich online catalogue can be set on your homepage. Advantage: - If the customer logs in as a guest and initiates a query, it is forwarded to you immediately. - If the customer has registered, the dealer options are no longer displayed and the dealer is automatically selected from the linked page. - You can display your company logo The window path is: XXXX= individual customer number Onlinekatalog_Haendler_Info.pdf 7 / 19

8 2. Order history Online catalogue manual for dealers (no customer information!) 2.1 Start of the order history The order history can be reached from the start page of the online catalogue. All orders from the online catalogue or per Fax, Telephone, KIS confirmed orders are collected and archived in here. 2.2 Functions of the order history 8 / 19 Onlinekatalog_Haendler_Info.pdf

9 1 Order overview Date: order date (during transfer) Your order ID: unique internal ID of the order Hettich order number: unique internal Hettich ID number Packages: Number of packages in an order Status: Order status, processed or pending Order value: total value of all orders 2 Place the same order in the shopping basket once more. It may be altered in there. Export of the order as PDF Export of the order as CSV / Excel file Deleting the order 3 Filter functions Different filter criteria can be specified. First, the criteria can be specified and then applied by clicking on Filter. Your order ID / Delivery identification: Searches for the respective entry in the list of orders. From / To: The search can be narrowed based on date. Article ID: Search for a specific article number in the order. Order sum: the total sum of orders in the order history. If one of the filters is applied, only the sum of the displayed orders is displayed 4 Filter: starts the search based on the filter criteria. After logging in the online catalogue a dealer can change the following points under the settings: - Allocation of prices - Watching customer list - Delete customers - Save general terms and conditions (AGB s) - Save company logo and internet addresses - Set exchange ratios for currencies 3.2 Start screen online catalogue Customer settings can be made in the settings section. 10 / 19 Onlinekatalog_Haendler_Info.pdf

11 The following selection points are equally important: - Customer management - General dealer settings 3.3 Customer management The following selection points can be selected in customer management: Customer list Customer search Price check Importing prices - Displays all the customers for a particular dealer Customer search based on specific criteria Undertake price checks for a specific customer and item. 12 3.4 Search customers Immediately after the Start tab the search tab appears. Online catalogue manual for dealers (no customer information!) Customer search can be based on specific search criteria. The term to be searched can be entered in the search text field then the scope of search for the term is specified.. If All is selected, the search is carried out in all domains. The search time will be more if the number of customers increases. By selecting exact match, the term matching exactly with the specified text is searched. If containing the search term is selected, then parts of a search term can also be searched. Starts with searches for terms that begin with the search string. The date selection searches for the registration date of the customer. 13 3.5 Customer list Under the option customer list, a list of all the customers can be downloaded and exported as CSV- Data. Following information can be obtained from the list. Customer ID Company, Name, Street, Pin code, City Discount in % User name of the customer Address data would be created regarding the entire order communication. Discount on the preset Recommended retail price 3.6 Customer list download Starting the price check for the selected customer Discount settings and price uploading options Customer active = green Customer inactive = red A customer can be blocked in this manner Customer is deleted. General price information n Since November 2016 the recommended retail price are not longer displayed to the customer after successful registration. However, specific prices can be made available to the customer by the dealer. 1) Discount on the general dealer pricelist ( in the customer list ) Since November 2016 are not available 2) Customer specific price list ( in the customer list) A price list is uploaded for a particular customer X and is displayed to him 3) Dealer price list (downloading general dealer settings/ general pricelist) The dealer can upload a dealer price list for all his customers. This ensures that all the customers for whom no individual price list is imported can see the same prices Price list The price lists is created in two ways in the Online Catalogue. a) Datanorm format (4.0), through the e.g. Hettich KIS program b) CSV list, through the individual inventory management or a self created (in Excel). 15 3.7.2 Discount on the recommended retail price First a customer is selected from the customer list. Subsequently editing can be carried out with the help of the symbol. The discount, which is offered on the available recommended retail price, can be set here in %. Negative discount = Recommended retail price becomes higher for the customer Positive discount = Recommended retail price becomes lower for the customer If a customer specific or dealer price list has been uploaded, the discount is not considered. Only if items are not available in the dealer price list, the discount is considered Customer specific price list Here a price list is uploaded and displayed for a particular customer X. First the file type (CSV, Datanorm) is selected and then the price file is selected with the search option. With the Import method option, it can be decided whether the import will be executed in the background and whether one has to wait for the result. A selection, whether an notification should be sent upon completion or not, can also be made here. To control the price to be read, you can view the price directly after the import. 16 3.7.4 Dealer price list If a uniform price list should be assigned to all customers, the corresponding function Upload common dealer price lists from the general dealer settings section. This function is similar to the one for an individual customer. After making all the specifications, select Start Import. After all the prices have been imported, they can be seen by the customer. 17 Information: The price display list for the customers follows the logic below: Individual prices available Price display (Price type 1) General price list Price display (Price type 2) Recommended retail price. Display, when there are no change in the settings (Price type 3) Discount setting To show discount price on the recommended retail price (Price type 3) The price types can be viewed by the customer in the shopping cart It is therefore possible that the end customer sees all 3 price types. 18 3.8 Price check Online catalogue manual for dealers (no customer information!) By entering the customer number / name, the price of a specific item is displayed. In doing so, possible discounts, list prices etc. are considered. If recommended price is displayed as price type, a non-specific price or a price valid for all customers, is displayed. 4. General dealer settings 4.1 General terms and conditions (TACs) The user can be linked to the general terms and conditions of the dealer here (URL indicator). This can be an Internet page or a PDF file. An individual AGB draft can be assigned for each language. 4.2 Split package order The costs of partial pallet quantity are taken into account later in the shopping basket during the order and calculated. 19 4.3 Currencies New currencies and exchange ratios can be adjusted here. In the example, CHF converts the catalogue of the Euro exchange rate 1.5 times. 4.4 Upload general dealer price lists You will find explanations in the Discounts and price settings section 4.5 Distributor Logo The dealer logo can be imported here. The logo is seen when the customer opens the online catalogue. The Address field will carry the dealer addresses (For.eg. This can be started by clicking on the logo.
