1 EVENT POLICY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS - FOR THE CONFERENCE OF THE FUTURENET Hotel Studio City, Macau September 2018 CHAPTER I. POLICY FRAMEWORK 1. General information 1. This event policy regulate the Event Conference Futurenet to be organised for the total duration of two days (2 days), starting from 08 of September 2018 and ending on 09th of September 2018 in the Hotel Studio City, Macau, China (referred to as Hotel or Studio City Macau ) organised by B C U Trading LLC, Abdulla Al Fahed 4, Office No. 210, Al Qusais second, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, share capital value of $50 000, registered with relevant authority, registration number referred to as Organizer, named either as the event, the occasion or the conference. 2. This Policy regulates the conditions of an attendance and the conduct of behaviour for all people present at this Event (referred to as the participants of this Event defined in Chapter 2 para 2 of this Policy below), inclusive of the copyrights and image rights, the data protection, an internal and an external regulations in relation to the Participants permission to enter the Event and also the rights and obligations of the Participants. 3. All of the Participants are obliged to conduct and behave themselves in a manner not endangering the life and the safety of other participants and all other people whether from personnel or not present at the Event, and in particular they are obliged to comply with this Policy together with its terms and conditions as well as with a general provisions of law. CHAPTER II. ENTRANCE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT 2. General provisions 1. The Organizer is responsible for matters relating to the Event, this in particular includes the right of an entrance and the right to remain at the Event. The Organizer has a power to delegate various roles to the direct or indirect employees employed/contracted for this Event. All employees are required to wear the Event identifications ID Badges issued by the Organizer/s of the Event, that have to be placed in a visible manner, allowing proper identification of the employee. 2. Participant is a person that: a. has purchased and paid for the Ticket via the internet website b. after receiving the Ticket the person has also activated it by writing correct and truthful details until 31.August.2018.The tickets that are not activated online are void and nonrefundable

2 c. followed two steps above, namely (a) and (b) : purchase, payment and validation of the Ticket and took part in the Event. 3. The following documents issued by the Organizer entitle to enter and stay at the Event: a. General Ticket grants the participation in : i. On 08th of September Cocktail Party (Welcome Cocktail) ii. On 09th of September Conference (Main Event - World Convention) in sectors from 101 to 114 and in sectors from 205 to 210 and Club Seats b. VIP Ticket grants the participation in: i. On 08th of September 2018 Cocktail Party (Welcome Cocktail) ii. On 09th of September 2018 Conference (Main Event - World Convention) in sectors: E and A or VIP Suite 9 14, and also to participate in Lunch, Dinner and AfterParty, which will take place at the Studio City Hotel, in the Pacha Macau club. c. The Ticket price (General and VIP) does not include the total costs of the travel and/or the costs of the accommodation. The Organizer/s does not take any responsibility for the travel or accommodation arrangements for the duration of the Event. The Participants are responsible for organizing their own transportation and accommodation to and from the Venue 4. The Tickets are subject to Registration (referred to as Registration ): a. The General Tickets and the VIP Tickets shall be registered between 10:00 18:00 hours, on , granting the right to participate in appropriate events on 08th of September 2018, in accordance with 2 para 3 of this Policy; b. The General Tickets and the VIP Tickets shall be registered between 09:00 11:00 hours, on 09th of September 2018, granting the right to participate in appropriate events on 09th of September 2018, in accordance with 2 para 3 of this Policy. The Participant who already registered the Ticket on the 08th of September 2018 does not have to register again on the 09th September The Tickets shall be registered inside of the Hotel in the place marked with the sign REGISTRATION. The Event Organizer will provide for each of the Participants the map with the directions to the REGISTRATION office. 6. During the registration process each of the Participants will receive the wrist and the gadgets. The wrist for the Participant holding the VIP Ticket will be different than for the Participant who holds the General ticket. The wrist associated with a specific type of ticket (VIP or General) proves that the Participant who owns it is entitled to participate in the relevant parts of the Event described in 2 para. 3 of the Regulations intended for Participants holding a VIP ticket and for Participants holding a General ticket. The wrist allows entry and presence at the Event Venue.

3 7.The Ticket is inclusive of the service of simultaneous translation for the following languages: Polish, English, Chinese, German, Korean and Japanese and includes the communication headset given to the Participant by the Organizer. The communication headset will be given to the Participants during the Registration process after successful verification of the Ticket and does not need to be returned after the Conference. 3. Purchase and use of the Ticket 1. The Tickets can be purchased via the Internet website 2. The Tickets prices varies depending form the purchase date and in accordance with para 1: a. General Ticket: i. $199 (one hundred ninety nine American Dollars) b. VIP Tickets: i. $349 (three hundred forty nine American Dollars ) c. Purchased tickets can be modified with additional options: - Afterparty - $ 100 (one hundred US dollars) - VIP Meals - $ 100 (one hundred US dollars) 3. The Tickets are name tickets. The Ticket can be transferred to another person s name until and inclusive of In order to transfer the ticket it is necessary to inform the Organizer by the on event@futurenet.club. 4. The amount of the each type of tickets is limited. Therefore, the Organizer has a right to withhold the process of sale of the Tickets when the maximum number of the Participants have been reached. 5. There is a right of resignation from the Ticket and the right of reimbursing the total amount for the Ticket purchase, that is the refund with 14 days from the purchase date, however no later than until and inclusive of After this date the money for the Ticket will not be refunded. 6. The Event Participant is required to hold and to have the Ticket with himself/herself at all material times, either in a printed form or an electronic version with clearly readable QR Code and the number of the sector. CHAPTER III. PROVISIONS FOR THE COPYRIGHTS AND RELATED RIGHTS AND PERSONAL DATA 4. Copyrights and image rights 1. At the very moment the Participant is entering the Event and throughout the Event duration the Participant grants the Organizer rights which are unlimited in the categories of time and territory, the Organizer/s copyrights and image rights cannot be ousted by the Participants rights, and the Organizer/s have an exclusive and sole proprietary rights to the

4 use of the speeches and the visual images of all Event Participants. The Organizer/s have a sole proprietary right to the use of either the image or the sound in its entireties or in parts as the Organizer/s deems fit for purpose, this includes: a.recording on any type of audio-visual device, in particular on: video equipment, photosensitive tape, magnetic tape, computer discs, and all other types of a devices used for purpose of digital recording: DVD, VCD, CD-ROM: b. multiplexing and copying by any type of technology, in particular by: magnetic technique on video tapes, audio-visual discs, photosensitive and digital technique this includes DVD, VCD, CD-ROM, computer recorded technique on all types of devices able to read this form of recording, creation by this technique of copies, this includes printing technology at old or new type of printery that is printing house, copying by reprography technique, copying by magnetic recording and copying by digital technology; c. public performance, exposure, display, reconstruction inclusive of paid for entrance places; d. the right of use in the country and abroad; e. lending, lease or exchange of carriers on which the picture was created; f. broadcast in its entirety or in chosen parts with the use of the vision and/or wired or wireless sound by any type of technique regardless of system, standard and format by ground station or/and cable broadcasting; g. broadcast in its entirety or in chosen parts with the use of the satellites broadcasting; h. integral remission and simultaneous remission by other television broadcast network; i. creating version and copies in any foreign languages; j. entering and inputting into a computer memory and entering and inputting into a multimedia network in limitless numbers of recordings k. size of circulation; l. use on Internet websites; m. use in multimedia products ; n. circulation of the product by the use of Internet and by use of other techniques for data processing by the means of telecommunication networks, IT networks and no cable networks- wireless; o. use of any part of the product that is the subject of the Conference and related matters for the purpose of marketing and promotion; p. use of the picture in its original size or in any parts of the original size in interactive services, accessible through the use of Internet and other techniques of data processing by the means of a telecommunication networks, IT networks and no cable networks- wireless; q. introduction of any changes and shortcuts; r. re-broadcasting the program and subject matter of the Conference;

5 s. public display or making the records available to the public in such manner that will enable the access to the data to be available from any chosen place or/and any chosen time t. in a limitless number and size for display or/and presentation of the data together with copyright and related rights; u. the provisions therein contained are in relation to management of the image of any objects and of any persons captured by the image; 2. The Organizer has an exclusive right to grant further sub-licences, that includes granting of full copyrights or sub-licences to nominated third persons. 3. It is implied that the Participant agrees that the use of all types of copyrights to be performed in such manner by the Organizer as they deem appropriate, that includes creating and granting of further sub-licences, and the Participant agrees and gives a permission to the Organizer to hold and manage the copyrights of all aspects of the Event FutureNet Conference. 4. The Participant parallel to the right of entrance, agrees and grants to the Organizer the right to hold, manage, advertise and publicly display the image related to the production of the event, this includes the video and visual rights, the use of an image from any type of event directly connected to organised by the Organizer in unlimited numbers and in territory of the world, this includes the use of all types of copyrights for the purpose to advertise the Organizer. The extent of the Participant permission is inclusive of all stages of the Event, this is applicable also to the recordings of the Event by the Organizer and other persons collaborating with the Organizer in order to deliver the Event, and the use of all material gathered in such manner that it is right and fit for purpose of an advertisement, promotional, informational and others (in particular in relation with the television and internet transmission as well as retransmission). The Organizer is permitted to use the copyrights from the gathered material or the part of the material, this includes the image of the Participant or other persons physically present during the Event or at any part of the Event with no time limits and no territorial boundaries, without the need for reimbursement for the use of the image and all other types of copyright in every aspect of holding, managing, using and publicly displaying gathered material as described in Paragraph 1, that includes perpetuation of the gathered material, reproduction of gathered material, the use of gathered material and dissemination in every possible form (non-exclusive licence). The Organizer has a right to grant a further sub-licences and to grant the right to make and the right to use the copyrights and subsidiary rights in relation with above mentioned perpetuation of the material. 5. The Participant has no right and is not permitted to record, either the sound or the vision or to take an image during any part of the Event or the events directly provided by the Organizer. The penalty for breach of this condition will result in removal from the Event and any recordings or pictures, whether visual or with the sound. Gathered material will be deleted. 5. Personal data 1. It is parallel that with physical entrance to the Event the Participant agrees and gives permission to the Organizer for the processing of the personal data, the Organizer is also defined here as the administrator of the personal data, which is necessary to perform the Event.

6 2. The personal data will be processed by the Organizer in relation to any legal entities (companies) acting for him in the course of the Event in relation with performing various acts as described in this Policy, in particular the act of communication with the Participants, creation of the material from the Event, together with creation of promotional material, creation of advertisement material, creation of informational material and creation of any other type of material directly connected with the Event. The Participants are granted the right to view and to change their personal data. CHAPTER IV. FINAL PROVISIONS 6 thereby 1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event without prior notice, due to the reasons which are beyond the power of the Organizers. (example. Higher Power ). 2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, place and the program of the Event due to the important reasons. Important reasons are described as proclamation of national mourning day, an unpredictable and difficult weather conditions not allowing the Event to proceed, a sickness or an illness of the tutors that are the persons who are the speakers during the Event, or any other reason which is beyond the Organizer control to perform the Event, and the circumstances when the change or the cancelation of the Event is a direct or indirect effect on safety grounds, on public health grounds or when the human life is endangered or when touchable items such as building, vehicles and other are at risk, or in the circumstances when it is necessary to guarantee comfort and security for the Participants of the Event. 3. In the circumstances described in paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 above, namely the cancelation of the performance of the Event, change to the Event s date, place (exclusive of change of a place in same town), the Ticket holder is given right to refund the ticket before the start of the Event together with the full refund of the total amount that is the price that is stated on the ticket itself. 4. In the circumstances when the Ticket holder is entitled for the refund with the exact price that is displayed on the ticket, the Ticket holder shall make his/her claim for a refund in the very same place where the Ticket was purchased, without any unnecessary delay once the Event s cancelation date was publicly announced, and in the circumstances when the date, the place or the program of the Event is to be change or as described in para 2 above, the right for a refund is restricted and limited to a seven day (7), time period starting from the new date of the Event. 5. The Organizer takes no responsibility for the forces of the Higher Power. The Higher Power are the powers which are beyond the control of the Organizer, and their direct or indirect effect is of such type, that disables the Organizer to perform his duties in accordance with providing the service for the Event, and their effect is of such nature, that providing the service for the Event is impossible due to the occurred or occurring circumstances. The Higher Power shall be also given a meaning of a sickness or an illness of the artist, various types of an accidents or failure of technical machines or technical equipment that delivers the power or heat or electricity, an actions of the armies or an actions of the governments, either on a local or a national level, a natural disasters, a flooding, a fire outbreak, an earthquakes,

7 an epidemic, a national strike, the riots or/and any other circumstances that are beyond the power of the Organizer. 6. The Participants are under an obligation to respect and to acknowledge the regulations of the Studio City Macau, that is available to be read on the internet website: and the Regulations of the Pacha Macau Club which is available to be read on the internet website 7. The Organizer/s restricts the right to change, to amend, to make an alterations of any type to any part of the provisions therein contained, or to a whole document before the date of the Event
