This is the opportunity for the CEO to describe their conclusions about what direc/on the organiza/on should go; what they think the organiza/on should do and the opportuni/es to grow/expand the organiza/on/services based on what they know/believe to be true. This is the CEO s opportunity to inspire the stakeholders about their personal vision of the future OR to put strategic ques/ons on the table.
