When wrking with clients, we cnsistently identify enhanced cmmunicatin and data tracking as pprtunities t imprve services and increase their ability t demnstrate impact. A mbile-based service prvider cmmunicatins tl shuld enable ur clients t efficiently cntact and track respnses frm the service recipients. Cmmunicatins frm prvider t service recipient may include but are nt limited t scheduling, peridic check-in/ case management messages, r feedback requests. Respnses frm individuals served may include survey respnses and shuld be able t be annymized fr sensitive infrmatin. Design challenges include develping a simple interface fr service recipients that is accessible fr transient ppulatins, and a back-end tracking system that is intuitive, adaptable fr a breadth f impact areas, and capable f maintaining rbust data. This tl culd create the fundatin fr an utput tracking tl. Missin Thrttle wuld maintain the tl fr client use. Impact: Missin-driven rganizatins wrking acrss scial impact sectrs (including behaviral health, educatin, wrkfrce develpment, etc.) ften face significant challenges in cnsistently reaching and tracking the ppulatins they serve. A nn-prfit service prvider cmmunicatin tl culd address these challenges and create significant benefits, including: - Enhanced marketing, cmmunicatin, and service scheduling. With imprved cmmunicatin, agencies can increase efficiency f service prvisin and ensure funding and cntract fulfillment (bth f which are ften tied t attendance r thrughput f students/trainees/clients). - Imprved feedback frm students/trainees/clients abut the quality f services prvided. With this feedback, classes and services culd cntinue t be imprved and agencies culd cllect critical data abut the effectiveness f their interventins. - Enhanced cllectin f utput and utcme data and stries. With easily tracked, standardized data, agencies can mre easily demnstrate the impact f their wrk t funders. This data can further prvide an pprtunity t shift philanthrpy t utcme-based funding/pay-fr-success financing. These innvative funding appraches present significant pprtunities t a) mre Page 1 f 5
