2 Welcome to Man, are we happy to see you. Seriously, we re ecstatic that you decided to join the Tailwind family. Our users have been the center of our world since we started in We always turn to users to figure out what we re doing right, what we need to improve on, and what you believe we can help with. As you re going through this guide and using our tool, please (please!) let us know what you think. Since the demo is live, you will have the chance to ask all of your burning questions. Before we dive in, there are a few key steps you need to take to get the most out of your dashboard. It s nothing big - just a couple of extra-special add-ons to help make you a true Pinterest star. Now, get ready for Pinterest greatness!

3 Dashboard Set up It can take up to 24 hours for your dashboard to be ready. In the mean time, it s a really good idea to sync your accounts, invite collaborators, and add competitors so you can get the most out of your analytics suite. To get started, head on over to your settings: If you do not have a Lite or Pro level account, your options in the drop down will be limited. But never fear! Even with a free account, your dashboard can still prove to be invaluable in your quest for Pinterest greatness.

4 Syncing Google Analytics Syncing Google Analytics with your Tailwind dashboard is easy as 1, 2, 3 - literally! Step 1 Go to Sync Google Analytics from the dashboard and click the big, blue Integrate Google Analytics button. Step 2 A new window will open from Google asking you if you would like to grant access to Tailwind. Simply click Grant access. Step 3 After granting access, you will be taken back to your dashboard. From there, select the linked website you would like to track and click Save changes.

5 Add Collaborators You can easily share your dashboard with colleagues, clients, friends, family, pets - who ever! - by adding them as collaborators. From the settings, click on Collaborators then + Invite Collaborator. Fill in your collaborators name & . You can either have your collaborator be an Admin or a Viewer. Admins have full dashboard privileges and can edit your settings. A viewer can only view the dashboard but cannot make changes to it.

6 Add Competitors With a Lite or Pro plan, you can keep an eye on the competition. To add a competitor, click on the Competitors tab from your settings, enter their name, URL and Pinterest username. Just like with your data, it will take our Pinterest robots around 24 hours to pull your competitive insights. Congratulations! Your dashboard is now in*sync!(see what we did there?) Now it s time to get started.

7 Weekly Summary See an at-a-glance view of everything going on with your profile for the week. Discover how many repins your profile pin received and who was pinning most often. Quickly track what content is trending from your domain for the week. Connect with pinners who followed you that week.

8 Top Repinners See who s repinning your content the most on Pinterest. Select a custom date range or view all-time totals. See how influential these users are, in which what categories they re influential and the reach of their pinning.

9 Most Valuable Pinners Sync Google Analytics to see who s driving the most traffic, conversions and revenue back to your brand s online shop. See which categories these users are influential in and reach out to those who aren t following you yet.

10 Insights See how many pins are coming from your site over time, and how many visits and impressions they generate. Find out which content is performing well from your site in a given time frame. Connect with pinners who are producing the most impressions for your brand. Follow the hashtags pinners use when talking about your brand.

11 Latest Pins See all the images currently trending from your site. Connect with those pinning from your site, either over Pinterest or over one of their other connected accounts The Word Cloud will show you what pinners are saying about your content. The larger the word, the more often it appears.

12 Most Pinned Images See what images are receiving the most pins from your site. Estimate your reach with the potential impressions of each image. Find and engage the pinners boosting your reach.

13 Most Clicked Images See which pins are driving the most traffic back to your site. Click through to go directly to the site on Pinterest.

14 Most Repinned Images Find the pins from your site that are receiving the most repins. See at a glance who pinned the pin. Click through to go directly to the pin on Pinterest.

15 Comments & Conversations Monitor comments & conversations happening about pins from your site. Click through to be taken to the pin on Pinterest. See which words are used most often in comments with the word cloud.

16 Domain Benchmarks Benchmark how many new pins, new pinners and potential impressions coming from your website. Add another domain to see how your metrics stack up.

17 Your Profile Track the growth of your profile by followers, pins, repins and likes over a chosen time frame and export your results. The green tags show your growth over the last 7 days. Benchmark your Virality Score (total repins total pins) to see how much your pins are being repinned across your profile. Benchmark your Engagement Score (total repins total pins followers) to see how engaged your followers are with your profile. For both the Engagement and Virality Score, a full gauge means you ve hit a new 30-day high! See how engaging your pins are with the engagement rate tool (percentage of pins with at least 1 repin).

18 New Pinners Discover your most recent followers and connect with them while you re on their mind. Reach out over Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter or their website when given. See which categories they are most influential in and how many followers they have.

19 Influential Followers Find your top followers and reach out to them via Pinterest. Click the Connect button to follow or engage with the user via Twitter, Facebook or their website. Quickly see categories in which they re most influential. Click on a category to see their top boards for that category.

20 Brand Advocates Discover which users are pinning from your brand s website most often. Quickly see how many followers these users have and what the potential reach of their pinning is. Users marked with a green tag are following you on Pinterest. Click the Engage button to reach out to users who aren t following you let them know you re on Pinterest too!

21 Traffic & Revenue Sync Google Analytics to view referral metrics from your Pinterest page. View visits, unique visitors, pageviews and revenue from Pinterest across time using a custom date range. Report on daily averages shown in the green tags below each metric.

22 Your Boards Sort all boards by profile metrics: total number of pins, followers, repins, likes and comments. Sort all boards by their Virality Score (total repins total pins) or their Engagement Score (total repins total pins followers). Select a custom date range to measure the success of board campaigns over time.

23 Competitors Add competitors and benchmark your profile and website against theirs. See how followers, pins, repins, likes and comments have changed over a custom date range with both a graph and a spreadsheet view.

24 Pin Inspector Sort your pins by total number of repins, likes, comments or date pinned. Filter your pins based on board, category or engagement level. Use the search bar to find any pin by searching for keywords or hashtags in the pin description. Use the date range to view images that were pinned during a specified time period.

25 Pin Inspector View a graph of how repins likes, and comments have increased over time for each pin.

26 Trending Pins See which pins have received the most engagement over the last 7 days. Use the custom date range to see how much engagement your pins received during a campaign period.

27 Category Heatmap Use the Category Heatmaps to find out what category is resonating with your audience. The Virality Score Heatmap shows what categories are popular across Pinterest. The Engagement Heatmap shows what categories are popular with your followers Your more viral boxes will be the richer red (Virality) or purple (Engagement). Click on the box to see what boards are performing well within that category.

28 Peak DAys & Times Use Peak Days & Times to optimize when you are pinning. The larger dots show what hours you pin the most across the days of the week. The darker green dots show when your pins are receiving the most engagement.
