5 Companies and Products Online Catalogue The page Companies & Products is an online catalogue that stands out in the Hospitalar page and is used by buyers from the segment to find product and/or service suppliers and also to plan their visit to the trade show Please fill in all the blanks. The more information you give, the easier for the visitor to find your products or services. Please click here and update your information for the 2018 edition. 6 FAQs Companies & Products Online Catalogue It is my first time taking part in the event. How do I fill out my information on the Companies & Products page? Simple and easy! Click here to fill out your company details, the information will be available online after it is verified. The verification process should take around 30 minutes after submission. My company has already exhibited at Hospitalar. How can I find out if I have an account to update? To find out if a company is already registered, click here and on the search field, type in the name of the company you wish to find. Remember: your company could be registered under its trading name or its area of business. Search under both. If you do not find the company you are looking for, contact our team for assistance. Where will the information I provide within the Companies & Product page be used? The updated information in this section is the same as what is used for the Hospitalar printed catalogue, the App and the lists on maps for use during the event. Therefore, keeping information up to date is very important! Please ensure you don t miss our deadlines as this risks your company being excluded from the printed catalogue and other event materials. I don t remember my password. How do I retrieve it? In the event this happens, click here, type in the address for your account and receive a verification code. Then just follow the steps to create a new password. Important! Check that your products adhere to ANVISA regulations. The information published in this section and replicated on other channels is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Exhibitors must be responsible for updating their portfolios in order to adhere to the criteria of ANVISA (certification). Companies that attend business events on a frequent basis generally plan their attendance in search of launches for products, solutions, equipment and services. Attract more visitors to your booth by taking advantage of the Industry Launches section on our site. We have thousands of visits per month and this space has become a key channel for visibility for the exhibitor and helps attendees to plan the route they will take during the event. Our press office is available (from the time your contract is signed) to receive press releases, notes and information that can be given to the press, increasing exposure for your participation in the event. 11 Exhibitor Manual Ask for your credentials, have access to assembly hours and everything else you need so that your participation in the trade show takes place as expected! With our Exhibitor Manual, the exhibitor can ask for services for their stand, pay booth-related expenses, as well as apply for a receptionist or security services. In addition, on this platform, the exhibitor can register the team that will take part in the event. Don t miss the deadline dates for filling out the forms! Online marketing tools The manual offers online tools for sending invites. VIP Invitations: Offer personalized invitations for your most important visitor. To access the exhibitor manual, you need a login and password, which will be made available after we receive your signed contract. This will be sent by from our operations department*. In case you do not receive your or you change your own address, please contact the operations department. Please remember: the password for the exhibitor manual is not the same one as for the update section for the Companies and Products web page.

12 Advice on taking care during the assembly of your stand and during the event So that everything goes to plan, please note the following: 1. All stands must be complete by 8pm on 05/20/2019. After this date, only internal finishing work will be permitted on stands. 2. On the event dates, maintenance and replenishment of materials within stands can only take place between 8am and 9am. Access must be made by the loading/unloading sector of the pavilion. 3. The arrival your on-site team must take place 30 minutes before the opening of access gates to attendees. 4. Leave your stand prepared to receive attendees. 5. Only accredited personnel will have access to the pavilion. PLEASE NOTE Minors below 16 years of age are prohibited from entering. Also prohibited is the wearing of flip-flops or shorts. Use a safety helmet: access for exhibitors and assembly teams without safety helmets is not permitted! Read the exhibitor manual carefully, which will be available 3 months before the event. Avoid fines and difficulties!

14 Maximize your business opportunities Here are some simple tips: 1. Bring your team together and pick the professionals who will attend to stand visitors. Sales professionals are very important but keep in mind: a) Technique: remember that the audience attending the event consists of health professionals: technicians, doctors, nurses, among others. Therefore, always have a professional on hand who knows their product well and who can answer possible queries. b) Purchases: a significant proportion of new suppliers attend our event. It is crucial that you are prepared to receive them. Make use of the chance to generate a list of potential suppliers. Give your team objectives and ensure each team member has a timetable. 3. Lead generation. a) Graphic materials: forms, business cards, product folders and promotional materials; b) Prepare special activities: initiatives within the stand that attract attendees - for example: draws, competitions, cocktail receptions, among others; c) Gifts plan the production of gifts for your target audience; d) Data collection: with database collection, your company can obtain a full list of attendees who pass by your stand. You can acquire the collection tool through our exhibitor manual. 2. Are you bringing any equipment that allows interacting with the audience? a) Make sure the professional who will be in charge of handling your product is adequately prepared Around 90% of the event attendees are looking for new products and launches. Prepare yourself for these attendees. Stands where the products encourage interaction receive large visitor numbers.

15 Advice for planning your stand The stand is an extension of your company and that is why planning is important. Here are some essential tips for your planning: 1. Plan the location of furniture, fixtures and fittings and remember to think of displays and the configuration of the showroom for your products; 2. Consider your budget and the choice of a buffet; 3. Ensure your budget plans for lighting, Internet service, TV, cleaning and security. 4. Bring in receptionists and waiters, if necessary. 5. Carry out a briefing for support staff taken on for the event, introducing your company. Remember that they are in direct contact with your potential clients and must attend to them immaculately!
