We have a car programme tailor-made especially for you, which includes a wide range of brands you choose the steering wheel, we add the rest! In the Colway International car programme, you ll find a selection of very well-equipped, economic cars that do well in urban conditions, as well as premium brands providing comfort and luxury on every kilometre of your journey. With a car like that, your future success is only a matter of time. What conditions do you need to meet to join the programme? The first is to obtain (if you haven t already), and maintain at least rank for a minimum 3 of 4 full Qualifying Periods. rank is not a huge challenge if you think seriously about the business. And if you do, and you re determined to build a business with C.I., you ll need a new car branded with our company logo. The second condition is to sign (on your own behalf and at your own risk and expense), a leasing agreement or a short- or long-term car rental agreement for one of the vehicles in our Car Programme. You ll do this with a leasing company recommended by Colway International on special, advantageous terms negotiated by us. This process may be preceded by the leasing company performing its own internal credit check on you. The car needs to be branded with our logo. The condition for receiving a car repayment bonus from us for a higher rank is to maintain your higher rank. However, if you don t maintain the higher rank, we ll calculate your car repayment bonus from your lower rank. For example, if you don t maintain rank, we ll calculate your car payment bonus based on the Vice- rank. Car repayment bonuses are settled on a monthly basis, generally by the 5th day of each calendar month. We reserve the right to postpone the date of calculation of your car repayment bonus in a given calendar month, in the case of discrepancies between Qualifying Periods and the length of the calendar month. However, the individual Qualifying Periods cannot overlap when calculating the car repayment bonus. Car repayment bonuses are net figures, and will be paid based on a VAT invoice issued by the (yourself). One Qualifying Week lasts 7 days, begins on Tuesday at midnight and ends on Monday at 11:59 pm, Central European Time. Activity Activity is the minimum regular required level of a s individual purchases and their Customers purchases. s are considered active when they achieve a minimum of 50 Volume Points (VP) at least once every 4 Qualifying Weeks. Volume Points (VP) The conversion unit used to calculate sales volume when working out commission. All products in the company have a set price (the retail price for clients, with a discount for s), and a set number of VP. Note! Volume Points are not linked one-for-one with price values.

We distinguish between Paid Rank and Rank Held. Paid Rank is based on your currently fulfilled criteria. All commissions payable in accordance with the financial plan are calculated based on your Paid Rank. Rank Held is the highest rank you ve ever achieved, regardless of your current Paid Rank. This is used for representative purposes and entitles you to certain privileges. See: Information/Database/Regulations/. Sales criteria A total of your own sales based on your entire Generation (of CI sellers), from the last three completed Qualifying Weeks, plus the current QW. Structural criteria Direct or indirect possession of the minimum required number (or higher) of s in a given Rank (or higher), in different branches of the Generation Structure. BP Generation The number of s brought in by Business s, going down the line. Customers and s sales are summed up as Generation Sales, down to the next Business.

9 OVERRIDE COMMISSION Business Class Programme SALES ON BOTH SIDES OF THE COMMISSION TREE Requirements for receiving Override payments: Have one Active, directly-introduced on each side of the Tree. Minimum 100 VPs on the weaker side of the Tree. The basis for calculating Override is the total balance of the weaker Group (with less sales), plus all or part of the stronger Group s balance (with greater sales), to a maximum of double the balance of the weaker Group. If the balance of the stronger Group is higher than double the balance of the weaker Group, the sales are not lost the surplus is transferred to the next QW! 9 Qualifying Point (QP) A conversion unit used to calculate the commission for s, according to an internal rate determined by the Colway International S.A. Board of s.
