2 2016 Italy Some information about the Italian situation: GDP ,9% (best result from 2010) Unenployment 12% Youth unemployment +/ 40% Italian GDP Data in billion The political situation is always insecure. In December 2016 we change another prime minister, and now is the fourth that is nominated and not voted from the people. We will vote next springtime 2018.

4 2016 Albricci WE ARE BACK! We could use this strong sentence, that encloses many aspects: Turnover is come back to important level (+17% respect 2015) The number of machines for each supplier is interesting Positive answer from the customer for our premium level of product Satisfaction from service, that need a lot of changes and investments, but the answer from market are positive The company wants invest for important changes now there is the enthusiasm for do it!

6 Profitable products and experiences Edgebanders from OTT are been real a positive experience. We installed important machines in 2016 and all customers are very satisfied. Probably in our experience with different brand of edgebanders is the most reliable The second installation about Striebig 4D, to a customer that sell panel is been positive. With this reference we sold another 4D Last summer we installed 2 Mercury from SeiLaser in 2 new companies born for make job with laser in furniture market

7 News of the suppliers Hans Weber built other 5000 square meters for production, for try to reduce delivery time. After the acquisition by Biesse, in Uniteam are changed some situations. In this moment principally in the service (some people gave resignations) but we need to understand urgently the future. Experiences with suppliers We started a cooperation with Ima/Schelling. In Italy the IMA sales man are concentrated in the project with big company. Storically company Albricci is strong in the market «small/medium enterprises». In this segment of market there are customers ready for this quality; when there is the opportunity, we are managing the situation with IMA (at the moment only 2 Schelling sold with the commision for us) With Weber we manage some negotiation in metal market. We sold 1 machine and we are in good position with other 2 customers

8 Best and worst experiences During Xylexpo 2016, as usual, we organized the booth with all our supplier. More or less 400 square meters and was positive receive a lot of customers, and after the exhibition we had good results with some products. The cooperation with OTT is really positive, the level of products and service is very high We had negative experiences with 2 products: Fravol Smart Edgebanders, we installed to customer after 3 months we took back the machine Striebig 4D; the first installation generated a lot of problems, principally by software. After 7 months the situation is better but not solve 100%

9 Goals 2016 Last year we wrote this points: We need to find young sales men, our middle age is high New service manager; 2 new technicians; Improve margins; Increase sell of spare parts and accessories; Better use of social network and website for propose product; We have to think about new product or alternative for CNC

10 Goals 2016/2017 We work very hard for modernise our company. We need to invest money and efforts for change: Software: in these months is open the discussion with SalesForce. We need a modern software for manage service and sales Web: social ecommerce website we need a person that manage this world

11 New business opportunities We want to understand if there are more opportunity for collaboration with IMA We need a second brand for sanding machines. Weber is fantastic but only for high level. We are in contact with Unitek, an Italian company that produce from 1978 In 2017 we dedicate a lot of job for Industry 4.0; In Italy the contribution is very important
