1 Dear Liquor Vendor, This letter is to inform you that Springs Liquor Outlet of Colorado Springs has partnered with the Haunted Brew Fest to be held Saturday October 20th, 2018 at the Norris-Penrose indoor event center (1045 Lower Gold Camp Rd. Colorado Springs, CO 80905) in Colorado Springs. In addition to beers being sampled we would like to invite distilled beverages and wines to participate by sampling your new or existing brands. The Haunted Brew Fest 2018 was a tremendous success and was a great opportunity for attendees to sample new beverages while participating in the seasonal Halloween fun that included a costume contest for spectators and vendors. As all of us know the Halloween season is second only to the holiday season for alcohol beverage sales nationwide. The Haunted Brew Fest is a prime opportunity for your company to sample fall, holiday and seasonal brands. The Haunted Brew Fest October 20th 2018 event is projected to have 4,000 in attendance during two sessions for sampling. The spectator costume contest will once again be held with cash prizes for each session as well as a vendor costume and booth contest with $100 cash up for grabs. Springs Liquor Outlet - located at 6010 N Carefree Circle Colorado Springs, CO will feature Haunted Brew Fest vendor participants in a prime display area prior to the event with Haunted Brew Fest signage and possible sale pricing. The Haunted Brew Fest marketing campaign over the past 4 years has generated national attention along with regional awards. We will once again be promoting participating brands aggressively in the weeks prior to the event and will provide additional opportunities to promote your product with media interviews. Attendance 2,000 Event Details: Vendor Set up will be Friday Oct 19th from 12noon 5pm and on Saturday Oct 20th 9am 12noon. This event will be open to attendees on Oct 20th at 1:00pm and will end at 8:00pm. Vendor staff are required to pour their own products. You are encouraged to have one of your representatives around your area as much as possible, to talk about your brands with guests. We can also provide volunteers if needed. 10x10 Booth Space 4,000 projected attendance. Event will be supported with radio, television, social media & print! Designated restroom will be available for vendors and staff. Additional portable toilets will be added this year to accommodate spectators inside and outside. The Haunted Brew Fest is an opportunity to showcase your products from around the state of Colorado to an audience of 4,000 locals and regional visitors alike, in an atmosphere of excitement and fun!

3 Registration And Event Details! We want to make this easy and beneficial for all vendors, so we will provide ice, tables, chairs, rinsing water, dump buckets and sample mugs along with free food and drinks during our intermission break from 4pm to 5pm. In order to avoid spectator lines, we will have a designated restroom available for vendors and staff. You need to provide a system to dispense your products, and tub or container to hold your products. Proceeds will directly benefit Christmas Unlimited. They will provide 5o1c3 and tax exempt paperwork to each vendor. Christmas Unlimited Mission: Established in 1923, Christmas Unlimited is one of the oldest and most respected charities in the Pikes Peak Region. During the past 83 years, the underlying premise of their work is that: The spirit of the holidays is more than just giving toys to children The family's adults need both material and emotional support during times of financial difficulty Everyone deserves to be treated with compassion and dignity We believe our program of gift giving has an impact far beyond that of just making a child happy on Christmas day. It serves to strengthen family unity at a time of year that is especially difficult for financially challenges parents. We work hard to uplift parental self-esteem by providing a service that includes a dimple application process and a store-like distribution experience--contributing to a family environment of caring, togetherness and old fashioned holiday happiness. Over the past eight years only 7% of the families helped have participated every year. During that same time, 60% of the families served have been "one timers"--families needing only a temporary helping hand. Vendor Registration: Registration is simple; just fill out the form on the last page or contact us by or phone. We will contact you for any additional information and to confirm your registration. After registration, vendors will be sent confirmation, instructions, load in time, directions, map, their official pass, as well as passes for three (3) additional people.
