2 ABOUT US Slobozhansky soap-boiler, Ltd was established in 1999, and since then it has been actively developing. The company manufactures and sells in Ukraine and CIS countries toilet, cosmetic and baby soap, as well as soap with improved dermatological properties (cream soap), glycerin translucent soap, laundry soap and liquid gel and cream soap, as well as cleansing paste for extremely dirty hands. The company s products are well known under trademarks Shik, Sedmoye Nebo, Uti-Puti, Droug, Poshe, Oda overall about 200 denominations. Slobozhansky soap-boiler, Ltd today integrates: wide product range in different price segments; creative bureau to design new products; laboratory to develop and implement new products; widespread distribution network in Ukraine and CIS countries; contract manufacturing (Private label development and production).

4 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 1. Our products are certified by the Certification Authorities of Ukraine (UKRSEPRO), Russia (RST), Moldova (SM) and Belarus (STB). 2. In 2007, Slobozhansky soap-boiler, Ltd passed though the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Standards certification process. Quality management system efficiency was verified by supervisory audits of Bureau Veritas Certification Ukraine in 2008 and In 2010, Slobozhansky soap-boiler, Ltd was successfully re-certified according to the up-dated ISO 9001:2008 version. Moreover, it achieved certification according to BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global Standard. 4. In Ukraine, the quality of our products is confirmed by such state-owned enterprise as Kharkiv Regional Scientific and Production Center of Standardization, Metrology and Certification. 5. Products safety is verified by the Certificates of the State Sanitary-Epidemiological authority of MHC of Ukraine and Moscow Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology.All our products have passed through the Russian Federation National Quality Registration. Toilet bar soap made by our company has passed through the notification procedure as to the Regulation No. 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products of 30 November 2009.

5 LABORATORY Laboratory of Slobozhansky soap-boiler, Ltd consists of two subdivisions furnished with modern equipment: production laboratory and research laboratory. Our laboratory is certified to conduct testing of bar soap, liquid soap, glycerin and liquid detergents. (Certificate No /2009). Continuous quality control at every stage of the production process that starts from raw materials purchase and finishes upon the product receipt by the customer is an integral part of the manufacturing development. Laboratory staff monitors product quality taking samples every hour.

Reputable French, Swiss, British, German and Dutch companies supply all the perfume compositions containing in our products. 7 PRIVATE LABEL Our company is in possession of sufficient production facilities to offer the full range of toilet and laundry soap production under the customer's trademarks. Slobozhansky soap-boiler, Ltd is the largest soap bar manufacturer in Ukraine. Company s producing capacity equals to more than 20,000 tons annually. Wide range of our products are manufactured using up-to-date technologies and modern equipment from Sweden, Italy and Germany. Excellent quality is ensured by combination of high-quality raw materials and up-to-date technologies. The fully automated manufacturing process provides constant soap quality monitoring and control Company s tank farm allows storage of more than 2000 tons of fat stock being a guaranty of the uninterrupted production. Warehouse capacity allows storage of sufficient finished product stock to satisfy our customers needs.
