3 Middle Park State School P&C Association is hosting its bi-annual school fete. This year we are acknowledging the wider community and hosting our very first International Fair. The fair will be held at the school on MacFarlane St and Sumners Rd Middle Park on Saturday 6 th August Our key role as the P&C is to ensure the event has planned entertainment, show casement and organised activities. With a team of enthusiastic and motivated volunteers we intend to show case and demonstrate that we are a multi-cultural society and invite you as part of the wider community to come and participate in our day s events and support our local school. Middle Park State School has just over 600 students and has a high achieving, proud and supportive school environment for our students living in Brisbane s Centenary Suburbs. Our Bi-Annual fete is our major fundraiser and enables our very active P&C to support the school in many ways. Past projects include Swimming Pool, Classroom air-conditioning, class IPad s, sporting equipment. We are offering you the opportunity to become a sponsor through various sponsorship levels or you can donate prizes to our P&C and help us embrace multiculturalism and support the amazing children of Middle Park State School.

13 STALL HOLDERS Want to promote your own business on the day or are you selling products? To be able to hold your own stall you must have your own public liability and be able to produce a copy to us. For businesses selling products and prefer to be indoors our market stall will be inside the school hall therefore you will only need to bring your own table. For businesses wanting to be out in amongst the fair you will need your own marquee and table. Marquee will need to be secured down with sand bags or the likes as there may not be an option for tent pegs. For profit organisations/ businesses $60 single site fee (up to 3m x 3m) $110 double site (up to 3m x 6m) Not for profit organisations $30 single site fee (up to 3m x 3m) $50 double site (up to 3m x 6m) Silver and Bronze sponsors (Discounted rate) $50 single site fee (up to 3m x 3m) $75 double site (up to 3m x 6m) Food stalls Outside food stall holders must present Food Safety Certificate. $100 per stall or 20% of sales

14 CONDITIONS Promotional Timeframe Upon confirmation of your sponsorship category and receipt of your donation, promotion appropriate for your level of sponsorship will commence immediately. Your business will continue to be promoted on our fete website and Facebook page. Receipts A receipt will be issued to you once we have received your cash donation.
