1 Have Your Message Seen by Millions in Times Square Morgan Stanley invites your organization to submit a Request for Consideration for our Lights on Broadway initiative. About Morgan Stanley Lights on Broadway What s your call to action if your organization had 13,000 square feet of signage in one of the most heavily trafficked places in the world? What would you say to get your mission noticed by nearly half a million people walking through Times Square every day? That is the question that the Morgan Stanley Lights on Broadway initiative wants you to answer. Selected non-profit organizations will be given a cost-free opportunity to showcase their message for one month on our high resolution digital signage, which spans the entire block between 47th and 48th Streets on Broadway. Morgan Stanley will help you create a 30-second silent sequence displaying your organization s approved images and messaging. This opportunity is not just about visibility, but also about engagement and impact. Morgan Stanley is looking for nonprofits that are able to leverage the signage in innovative and creative ways to propel their mission, communicate a meaningful call-to-action for the public, expand outreach through social media and engage Morgan Stanley employees.

2 Eligibility Requirements Judging Criteria Submission Materials and Deadline Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit Affiliation with Morgan Stanley Submit to: organization or have a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor Nonprofit senior management must attend launch event at our building and utilize event promotion materials on organization s own communication and activation channels Selected nonprofits must have an active non-discrimination policy. Morgan Stanley will not work with organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, disability, marital and civil partnership/union status, pregnancy, protected veteran or military service status, or any other characteristic protected by law Compelling mission and story Unique, innovative and measurable call to action, measurable through use of signage (preference given to activities that are not direct fundraising efforts) Robust communication plan with varied, measureable impact levers Inventive and meaningful engagement morganstanley.com, receipt will be confirmed via within 24 hours; application must include 501(c)(3) designation letter Application Deadline: October 4, 2017 Application Decision Notification: November 15, 2017 opportunities for Morgan Stanley employees (no direct fundraising) Administrative capacity for partnership Appropriateness of messaging to Times Square unique audience Quality and variety of organization s visual content available for review Morgan Stanley
