20 Cancellation terms Accommodation and car hire Some suppliers and partners operate with conditions in addition to those mentioned above. In such cases, the terms and conditions will be displayed at the time of booking.

21 Refund The amount to be refunded by Visit Tromsø will be set as a credit on the next agent invoice. If no other booking is made by the agent within 30 days, the refund will be wired by international bank transfer.
