20 A new Cross-Border Service how does it work? Shipper One Click: Transfer of gas from portfolio in one countryto portfolio in another country ENDK TSO Contracts One click received TSO A prepares exit-contract from country A TSO B prepares entry-contract and exit-contract through country B TSO actions The TSOs arrange the underlying physical transportation GTS GUD TSO C prepares entry-contract into country C All TSOs nominate to these contracts Shipper only sees new crossborder service contracts The offered service is firm (we start by offering a small amount)

21 Who can use the new Cross-Border Service? Requirements: Shipper registration in the transmission systems that are involved in the physical transfer of gas Shipper registration at the new booking platform Requirements for Hub transfers (general): If the gas is to be traded on the hubs in Gaspool area and on the TTF a subscription to the hub is still required Nominations to/from the hub are necessary
