3 Essential Webinars Training Sessions These sessions are the same ones that you were initially scheduled for. If you would like to book additional sessions they can also be sold on a pay per sessions basis. Session Price Per Session Sup R Client Pricing Data Setup $300 $250 Daily Operations $200 $160 Inventory Management $200 $160 **Essential series webinars can be rescheduled for a future session date that is shown on the official Milano training calendar. Personal Remote Training Sessions We offer personal remote training sessions where we log into your computer system remotely and work with your team. The cost for this type of training is $150 per hour. If you subscribe to our Monthly Sup R Client program you are entitled to the reduced rate of $125 per hour. **Credit Card Payment is due at time of scheduling. 72 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling of your training session, if applicable. Onsite Training Sessions No. of days Regular Pricing Sup R Client Pricing Day 1 $1200 $1000 Day 2 $800 $650 Day 3, 4 & 5 $500 per day $400 per day **Onsite training sessions are also subject to incurred expenses including travel, accommodation and food. Onsite dates cannot be changed once travel and other expenses have been incurred with additional charges. There are no changes permitted with 14 days of the scheduled onsite training date. Business Building Webinar Training Sessions $99 per session If you are enrolled in the Milano monthly Sup R Client Support and Upgrades Program with Milano you will be entitled to Unlimited Business Builder Webinars for the remaining 2016 Calendar year. These updated sessions include the following webinars: e-marketing, creating client loyalty, staff management. **Business Builder webinars can be rescheduled for a future session date that is shown on the official Milano Training Calendar.

It covers how to enter the necessary information before starting to use your Milano software. This 2 hour course is delivered in 3 segments: Chapter 1 Building the list of services Chapter 2 Creating and shaping staff Chapter 3 Entering the retail inventory This essential WEBinar teaches the key functions that your team will call upon daily. This 2 hour course covers: Chapter 1 Appointment Book Chapter 2 Your Client Database (CRM) **In preparation for this course you should complete the steps outlined in the Getting Started Guide. This course is recommended for owners and managers and will help you through configuring your software to work using preferences and settings that suit your business Inventory Management Webinar Essential Series (2 hours) Tracking every item of inventory is imperative for accuracy and is made easy within the Milano Software. Setting up your own internal procedures has never been easier. In this 2 hour session you will learn: correct coding for retail and professional products, how to keep yourself organized, how to transfer product throughout your business and learn how to use purchase orders effectively.
