Sample photo, see p 4 in this pdf They shall be made available by the contract partner You have the option of using your own cups, napkins etc for the coffee breaks This service is provided by the contract partner Host of the Pavillon Café-Bar (exclusive) You will be host of the Pavillon Café Bar and you can display your logo in various ways, eg with a logo banner above the bar, logo branding of the bar elements, branded coffee cups, barista aprons or napkins Your company will be advertised as the host in the conference brochure Branding materials are provided by the contract partner assigned Lunch break sponsor on the first two days of the congress (exclusive) Your company logo appears in the Symposium Brochure and on the Symposium Website, where it is prominently featured under the heading "Lunch break sponsor" Your company logo appears next to the lunch break notice in the Symposium Brochure In the buffet area, roll-ups or table-top displays with your company logo will be effectively positioned Services are provided by the contract partner Menu cards with your company logo will be placed on tables and in the buffet area Production costs are borne by the contract partner You can also use your own cups, napkins, etc, for lunch breaks Services are provided by the contract partner Host function during evening event As part of the evening event, you will be the host of one item on the entertainment programme, eg for the legendary After-Show Party in the Pavillon building, the upscale Marlene Bar or an item of your choice, in consultation with BME You will be advertised as the host adjacent to the item of your choice in the conference brochure This service is made available or paid for by the contract partner All our quotations are subject to confirmation and are non-binding All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT Travel expenses and/or fees for any employee of the partner or of its reference customer shall be borne by the partner Any marketing activities on the part of the partner/exhibitor, which differ from the services agreed in the contract, must be agreed with BME and in some cases are subject to a performance fee (eg promotion, additional displays outside the contracted area, etc) An agreement with the hotel alone is not sufficient wwwbme-symposiumde Page 6
