More specifically, join us for leveraging data perhaps the single-most important skill that will define the next generation of leaders and future directions in the information profession. Leveraging Data to Lead will look at issues around digital content, delivery and the skills sets needed to succeed in today s data-driven workplace environments. Digital data is everywhere, in every sector, organization, and economy. Data-savvy information professionals will have unprecedented opportunities to be among the new leadership within their organizations as they learn how to use data to create value, enhance productivity, and promote innovation. Participants can expect to gain theoretical and practical knowledge from a broad cross-section of the information profession knowledge that can be applied to their own workplace environments. Program Three nationally known thought leaders and innovators will open the program with keynote addresses that are both practical and provocative: James King, Branch Information Architect, National Institutes of Health; Nancy Faget, Army Research Laboratory Data Wrangler; and Richard Huffine, Independent Information Professional.
