7 Defini ons UPV : User Purchase Value Ÿ The value of each UPV is equivalent to Rs.10,000/- cumulative purchase of Rs.10,000/- from all Segments through Global Garner is termed as UPV. It is a qualification tool by which the user become eligible for 100% Cashback/Reward. Every purchase of any value made by the user in the multiple of Rs.10,000/- will be allotted an UPV. Ÿ Each multiple of Rs.10,000/- is considered to be an individual UPV and hence, for each Rs.10,000/- spent by the Purchaser, one UPV shall be allotted to them. Ÿ Cashback/Reward will be given on the basis of each individual UPV as per the SCB(FIFO). e.g. If the user makes a purchase of Rs 27,000 then the UPVs allotted to him would be 2 of value Rs. 10,000/- each and the cashback/reward process on these two UPVs shall commence as per the cashback/reward structure. The excess amount of Rs. 7,000 spent will remain reserved in the account till the User makes another future purchase of Rs. 3,000 upon which, the amount spent would be sufficient to allot another UPV of Rs.10,000/- to the user to initiate cashback/reward.

8 Defini ons SCB : Systematic Cashback FIFO SCB is a Systematic Cashback First In First Out process in which Cashback/Reward is given in 3 unequal installments of Rs.500/-, Rs.1,000/-, Rs.8,500/- each as per unique auto tagging system, also get additional Rs.10,000/- by GG Coin conversion as a fourth pay out. Where user has to do nothing except for generating his own UPV s by transacting through us for his daily needs. This money is real cash which can be transferred to Bank Account. RPP : SCB Random Pick Process The system will randomly pick the user for any given slab/amount of cashback but there will be a guarantee of everyone getting the cashback/reward from minimum 2% to maximum 100%.

Instant Cashback FPV : Fuel Purchase Value Every litre of GG water bottle or GG co-branded water bottle would be allotted a FPV. A packaged GG or Co-Branded Drinking Water Bottle with QR Code need to be purchased. All cashback will be processed through SCB in a same manner as UPV. Now instead of UPV it would be FPV and one FPV is equivalent to the price of 1 Litre of fuel. One FPV is generated on the purchase of 1 Litre of GG or GG Co-Branded Packaged Drinking Water with QR Code.

Cashback/Reward through SCB FIFO, SCB RPP, IC and Referral Cashback is given in the form of GG Money. GG - Coins You get Instant 100% GG Coins on Generation of each and every UPV. This can be redeemed with new purchases to the extent of 5% of the bill amount and GG-Coins which remain in GG Rewards till 4th Cashback/Reward Payout will be compulsorily converted into GG-Money (SCB FIFO) and then user can encash it to his Bank account.

As a Head of the State his primary duty is to recruit good CP and ensure that CP recruits quality ACP and ACP adds quality vendors on GG Board. He is also responsible for carrying out and monitoring all Marketing and Promotional Activities in his State. Being the head of the State, he is the direct channel between the Company and other Ground Sales Force. CP : Channel Partner CP or Channel Partner is the District Level Representative of the Company. He is overall leader of the GG Team of ACP / Vendors in his District. As a CP his prime role is to recruit quality ACP on each and every Pincode of his district and also ensure that each of this ACP recruit minimum 30 vendors on his allotted Pincode. He is also responsible for carrying out and monitoring all Marketing and Promotional Activities in his District. Being the head of the district, he has to ensure that his ACPs and Vendors are well equipped with the functioning of all the processes of GG. ACP : Assistant Channel Partner Assistant Channel Partner is foot soldier of the company. He is responsible for his allotted Pincode. As an ACP his primary responsibility is to recruit quality Local Vendors across the category provided by the Company. He is also the first level contact with GG for the Customers. He is also responsible for carrying out and monitoring all Marketing and Promotional activities in his Pincode. Being the in charge of the Pincode, he has to ensure that all his Vendors are well equipped with the functioning of all the processes of GG. He is also responsible for educating the users of his Pincodes and solving their queries.

As economy movement cannot be stopped therefore our Cashback/Reward also cannot be stopped, with every new Rs.10,000/- spent by any user on our platform a New UPV is generated and goes into our Cashback/Reward System and hence User gets his 100% Cashback/Reward. This process will entirely depend upon new UPV generated in the system and tagged under your UPV and tagging will be done as per above algorithm on FIFO principle. ii) SCB Random Pick Process It is a cashback/reward process in which cashback/reward will be processed through random selection of UPV S generated in a month where qualifiers (users whose UPV has been generated) are arranged in a pool and then number of qualifiers and cashback percentage are decided as per SCB process of FIFO but unlike SCB process of FIFO(first in and first out), where the UPV S are given cashback as per tagging system and when new UPV S are generated, in this process of SCB RPP, the system will randomly pick the user for any given slab/amount of cashback but there will be a guarantee of everyone getting the cashback/reward from minimum 2% to maximum 100%.
