2 2019 APMM Annual Conference December 17, 2018 Dear Potential Sponsors, Advertisers, Exhibitors and Walk-Around Vendors: The Association for Pennsylvania Municipal Management (APMM) Conference will be held May at in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County. APMM s signature annual event is attended by more than 150 professional municipal managers from across the state. This is your chance to form partnerships and build relationships with local decision makers. The conference is packed with key speakers, dynamic learning experiences, and great networking opportunities for municipal government professionals. The APMM Conference Committee invites you to participate as a Sponsor, Advertiser, Exhibitor, and/or Walk- Around Vendor. Sponsorship opportunities are available at different levels to allow you to reach the entire APMM membership and will increase visibility for your company. Space in the exhibit hall sells quickly and is limited to approximately 40 booths. In addition, exhibitors are invited to attend the opening reception on Tuesday, May 14 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and to display their products and services on Wednesday, May 15 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. As an exhibitor, you can take advantage of this face-to-face marketplace and meet the officials who represent city and municipal government. Shipping Shipments will not be accepted by the facility more than three business days prior to the start of the event. Outgoing shipping will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. If canceled space is resold, any money paid, less a 50 administrative fee, will be returned up to May 1. After this date, no money will be refunded for cancellations. 7 ABOUT APMM AN ADVOCATE FOR MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA The Association for Pennsylvania Municipal Management (APMM) is an organization of professional township, borough, city, home-rule and county managers, administrators and COG directors. APMM is dedicated to the promotion of professional and effective local government management of Pennsylvania. During its initial years, the Association was able to organize and provide services only on an informal and volunteer basis. In the early 1980 s, APMM executed its first agreement to secure secretariat services from the Pennsylvania Municipal League (PML). Through this relationship, APMM acquired the staff capability to substantially increase its capacity to serve its members. The growth and success of membership, training and various forms of service and assistance have contributed to the development of the Association. APMM is now recognized as the principal advocate for municipal management in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a resource for professional assistance.
