4 Delegate Bags 1,500 This is an opportunity to have your brand included on all buyer/media delegate bags. Your brand on one side of bag 1 x Brochure/leaflet also to be included N.B. Bags will be provided by VisitBritain. Logo/design must be supplied 60 days prior to event start date. Sponsor Staff Uniform 2,500 ExploreGB will have over 30 operational staff in operation throughout the event. They will be wearing brightly coloured, highly visible uniforms. Have your brand presented to all delegates by sponsoring the staff uniforms and have your logo included on the sleeve of the shirts and jackets. The cost of the uniforms is included within the sponsorship. Lanyard Sponsorship 2,000 SOLD OUT Attach your brand to every delegate at ExploreGB by sponsoring the lanyards for the badges. Full colour branding of lanyards N.B. Cost reduces by 500 if you provide lanyards yourself. Lanyards must be pre-approved by VisitBritain.

5 Pen Sponsorship 1,500 Ensure every delegate sees your logo throughout the event by sponsoring the pens used by all delegates. Placement of pens on all delegate desks Placement of pens in all delegate packs N.B. Cost reduces by 500 if you provide pens yourself. Pens must be pre-approved by VisitBritain. Sponsor Supplier Profile Manuals for Buyers Advertise your product/service by taking a 1-page advert in the supplier profile manuals used at the event by buyers and media. All event manuals are professionally printed and handed out to all delegates attending the event. These manuals are generally kept on the desks of buyers for future reference and offer an excellent opportunity to enhance your brand. Once booking form is signed, sponsorship becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation. All sponsorships will be invoiced within 30 days of confirmation.
