We will keep track of the information we have received from you. 3. You may find it helpful to assign different sections to various people in your organization. 2 PROCESS Following is a description of the process we will follow to allow the Reservation Center to answer reservation calls for your facility. If you have a target date for using the Reservation Center, then we should discuss this date immediately to ensure both parties can meet that timeframe. A B C D E Phone Transferring We will work with you, your telcom provider and/or your telcom consultant to enable call transferring from your facility to GolfNow s reservation center. Staff Training We will train our staff on the unique aspects of handling reservation and information calls for your facility. Rate and Information Audit Prior to going live, we will jointly review the rate structures and course information in our system to ensure our agents will be providing accurate information. Go Live We will agree to a go-live date for our handling reservation calls on behalf of your facility. At this time we will provide the brief training that is required for you to transfer calls and audit information on an ongoing basis. Ongoing Process We will contact you monthly to confirm rates and accurate information. If you have any issues with quality, friendliness or accuracy, please notify us immediately so that we can take corrective action. Maintaining an open dialog will be the key to providing the best possible service to your customers.
