We are still not satisfied with the platinum certification alone. We aim to achieve a superior CO 2 Balance and aim to be completely carbon neutral. That is why we give you a guarantee, that your additional costs will not rise. We are offering you a unique Additional-Costs-Flat-Rate of 2,50 /m 2 plus VAT per month for the duration of your fixed term rental agreement. If you re able to find another rental property with a lower flat rate before entering into a rental agreement with us, we will underbid the offer by 5 Cent. You will receive even more from us.
