This website supports the sale of B2B and B2C products to promote and increase sales to both large and small entrepreneurs at no cost. You can subscribe to Thaitrade as a buyer or seller. Before you learn how to use the website, we will explain the concept of each section of Thaitrade.com 3

However, some services are only available to some type of membership. For the benefit of Thaitrade's full service, you can subscribe to the buyer or seller on Thaitrade.com or Thaitrade.com SOOK to access the two systems. 6 How to register as a buyer on THAITRADE.COM and SOOK You can subscribe as a buyer in Thaitrade.com and SOOK free of charge in 3 steps. Step 1. 10 In case you are a member on the Thaitrade website. After you sign in This button will change from the Register button to a button with your name. This is the easiest way to access your account. The colors are different for the user to know that they are currently running on any system. If it is orange, you are using it in SOOK. 17 Product Inquiry On THAITRADE.COM Thaitrade.com is a website that supports the export of Thai goods and international trade. Normally buyers will make a large purchase, also known as B2B, which buyers and sellers will negotiate before trading. Trade negotiations may be based on product inquiries. Here you can: Step 1 Choose the product you are interested in. When you visit Thaitrade.com, you can browse the product you are interested in by searching or choosing a product category. When you find the product, click on the item. You will come to the product details page. Step 2 Press the Inquiry button. When you enter the product details page, you will see the Inquiry button. Press the button to send a message to the seller about this product. You can discuss all details as you need until the end of the agreement. 16

18 Buying Request On THAITRADE.COM If you do not find the product you are looking for on the site or you find the product you want, but you want to add specific details to the product. You can post your purchase request by creating a Buying Request so that any other entrepreneurs or sellers who have the products meet your requirements can submit your request via the message system on the website. 20 Step 3 See details Press the Post request button, your requirements will appear on the Buying Request board. Your post will be sorted by the category you choose. You can view the Buying Request you have created in 2 channels: 1 Through your own account My account > My buying request 2 Enter the Homepage and click on the Buying request button, then browse by category you posted. You will see a list of buying request that you created. Take a mouse to point to the item you want to delete. You can press the cross button to remove your buying request. 19

21 E-Quotation On THAITRADE.COM E-Quotation is a B2B price inquiry based on existing data in the system. The system and staff will select a product that meets your buying request and send it as a quotation for you to negotiate with the seller. The system of E-Quotation is as follows. The system gets the information and compares your needs with the entrepreneurs and available prices in the system. If there are no results in the database. The system will inform you that there is no data and post the request to the Buying Request. The system sends you a quotation for business decision making. 20

22 The procedure for requesting quotations via E-Quotation is as follows. Step 1 Go to E-Quotation. You have to sign in before you start to use the system and you can request E-Quotation in 3 ways. 1. Go to My Account> select My E-Quotation History. 2. On the Thaitrade.com homepage, in the featured Service section, select Request for quotation. 3. In the Header menu, click For the seller, select Request for e-quotation. No matter which way you choose to sign up for E-Quotaion, the system will take you to the same page. You will then see a list of all quotes you have received (if ever requested). If you would like to request a new quote, click Ask for New E-Quotation. 21

23 Step 2 Fill in the details of the product you want to know the price. Make your buying request as detailed as possible. Then click the Request E-Quotation button at the bottom. When the request is sent. The system will compare your needs with the entrepreneurs and the existing goods, which will take no more than 2 working days. 22

24 Step 3 Quotation submission system You can check price quotation at My account > My E-Quotation history. You will see a list of quotations sent to you by the staff in the Status field. - Waiting Quotation means the quotation has not yet been received. - View Detail means you have quoted and can see details. - Post on buying request means there are no products or entrepreneurs that meet the requirements in the system. For this reason, you can press this button to bring your needs to the post on the Buying request forum. You can click for details. Click the View detail button. 27 What is Business Matching? on THAITRADE.COM Business matching is a system for business matching. This system is divided into two categories. 1. Fair Matching is a business matchmaking at Fair held by Department of International Trade Promotion such as STYLE, TAPA, GEM. 2. Exclusive matching is a business matching where buyers and sellers make an agreement with each other by posting through the forum, for example, you may have a trip to the United States and would like to find an entrepreneur in the neighborhood to negotiate some business. You can post your needs. If someone is interested in negotiating with you at the place and time you want. Appointments can be made under the terms you agree to. Business matching is intended to make it easier for buyers and sellers to come together with Thaitrade.com as a coordinator. How to Apply for Business Matching on THAITRADE.COM You can apply for Business matching by subscribing to Thaitrade.com If you are a member of Thaitrade.com You can access it immediately. 26

29 Fair Matching (Business matching in DITP Fair) On THAITRADE.COM Fair matching is a business matchmaking in the fair held by the Department of International Trade, such as STYLE, TAPA, GEM. * If you want to participate in Fair matching as a Buyer, you will be able to choose a business negotiator (seller) who attends the Fair or specify the product category. After that, the staff will select and appoint an entrepreneur that meets your interests. * If you want to participate in Fair matching as a Seller you can apply for the event in two ways: 1. If you want to participate the fair as a vendor, the staff will take your information to match the buyers interested in your product. Your appointment will be confirmed before the event. 2. If you are a vendor who does not have a booth. You can also join business matching activities during the event. You can sign up for Business Matching and choose to attend Fair Match. As a seller, the staff will review your information and approve you to attend the event. If interested buyers make an appointment with you. You will be notified via the system. Use Fair Matching as a buyer If you would like to participate in Business matching as a Buyer, please follow these steps: Step 1 Select Business matching in DITP Fair in Buyer section. 29

31 Step 2 fill out the basic information about your company. Then click Submit. Step 3 Select the details of the partner you want to negotiate with. - Choose the Fair you want to join the business matchmaking. - Select the category of your interest 3 items. - Or choose the seller you want to negotiate with by pressing the Select seller button. - Explain the details of the goods you are interested in so that the staff can make an appointment for the seller who has the product that meets your needs. 30

32 Then scroll down to select the date when you can join the event by clicking on the box on the day of the event. You can specify the time you want to join the event by clicking on the plus sign and click on the box at the desired time. After selecting the details, click Confirm booking Schedule at the bottom. Warning - If you select a date but do not specify a time It means you are always convenient. - You should choose the time as an option for the staff. - If you select more than one entrepreneur or more than one product category, do not forget to specify the number of entrepreneurs you want to meet so that the staff will be able to select the right negotiators to meet your needs. 33 After you submit your request for a business matching. The staff will review the request and schedule business negotiations for you. ** You can check the list of requests for negotiations at My Account and select the Fair Matching Request menu. 32

34 In the Fair Matching Request menu, you will see a list of your Business matching requests, but has not yet confirmed the appointment from Thaitrade staff. (This is the list you created to specify the date, time and Fair you would like to join without any confirmation.) You can view your appointment details. If the staff confirmed your appointment. Your appointment schedule will be moved to the Fair Matching Schedule menu for easy access to your appointment schedule. 33

35 After you apply for Business Matching, if the staff can match your business. They will confirm the appointment at the time you specify and the request will be moved to the Fair Matching Schedule. That means you have an appointment with the seller. Please follow the appointment date. You can view appointment details. Appointment details ** You can check your schedule at My Account > Fair Matching Schedule. 34

36 Use Fair Matching as a seller If you are a seller who can participate in a business matchmaking event at the Fair held by the Department of International Trade. You can register via the system to inform the staff. The staff will put your information into the appointment system at the Fair. If there is a buyer interested in negotiating a business with you. The staff will make an appointment and confirm through the registration system. In order to registration for the fair, go to the Business Matching menu and click on Be a seller for matching below I am a seller. Then fill in the details of your company, select the Fair you want to join, and then press the Post Matching button. 35

In the Seller Matching Request menu, you will see a list of your Business matching requests, but has not yet confirmed the appointment from Thaitrade staff. (This is the list you created to specify the date, time and Fair you would like to join without any confirmation.) 38

38 If the staff can negotiate with the buyer for you. Your appointment schedule will be moved to the Fair Matching Schedule menu. After you apply for Business Matching, if the staff can match your business, they will confirm your appointment at the time you specify. The list will then be moved to the Seller Matching Schedule.. That means you have an appointment with the seller. Please follow the appointment date. You can view appointment details. Appointment details 39

39 Exclusive Matching On THAITRADE.COM Exclusive Matching is the announcement of the intention to negotiate business outside the activities held by the Department of International Trade Promotion. By posting your request through the Thaitrade forum, for example, you may have a trip to the United States and would like to find an entrepreneur in the neighborhood to negotiate some business. 43 Guess Business Matching On THAITRADE.COM If you are not yet a member. Thaitrade.com allows you to use the Business Matching system, but is only available as a buyer and is only available for Fair Matching. When you come to this page to track your status, enter your subscription . Your status will then be displayed. If the staff have matched you, your status will be changed to Confirmed, where the staff will make an appointment for you at the time you set it. You can view appointment details by clicking the Details button. The system will show your appointment details. You can go to a specific date and time and contact the staff at the fair. 43

47 Ordering on SOOK on SOOK Start by finding the product you want through the following channels: 1. You can find the product you want through the search bar on the Header. 2. Product selection through product category. 3. Choose items on the Homepage such as New Arrival, Promoted Product, etc. 59

48 If you choose to search through the search box or browse through the product categories (1-2), you will be taken to the Listing Page or Item Page. You can customize the sort of order in the way you want as follows. Price You can filters choose to display products by category Sort by Number of visitors Sort by Product Name Sort by date Sort by Price You want to sort in ascending or descending order? You can change the view from product to store to see the product overview. 59

49 If you are interested in the product, you can click to see details. Click the picture or product name to view product details. Click on the store name to view the shop. When you click on the product image. You will come to the product details page. This will display all the details of the item If you would like to purchase this product, please click on the Add to Cart button. If the item has more details such as color and size, please specify the details before pressing the Add to Cart button. If you like this product but are not ready to buy, you can press Add to Wishlist first. (* You can view the item you pressed Wishlist at My account *) 59

51 Payment Process on SOOK On SOOK When you have an item in your shopping cart and want to make a purchase. Click on the shopping cart to complete the payment. There are three steps to take. 59

52 Step 1. Check the order. After clicking on the shopping cart, you will visit the shopping cart page. On this page you will see the product you have put on the cart. It is separated into a store. Products ordered from the same shop are combined into one order. You can only pay at a single store. To pay at any store, click on the button Proceed to Checkout You can change the order quantity on this page. After the change is complete, click Update Shopping Cart. 59

54 Step 3. Payment channel Select a payment channel. One of the following 1. Payment via Credit Card / Debit Card 2. Payment via Paypal Once you have selected the channel, please check the accuracy of the information and pay the amount before pressing the Place Order button. If the system does not display the payment channel. It may be because the seller did not set up payment, please contact Thaitrade Center 1169 for assistance. 59

55 After pressing Place Order, you will be taken to payment gateway. After payment is completed, the system will bring you back to the thank you page that means you have completed the purchase. 59

56 Tracking Your Order On SOOK Once you have completed your order, you can check your order by visiting your My Account and selecting the Order menu. 59

57 When you click on My Account, select the Order menu. On this page you will see your order items sorted from new to old. If you want to see your purchase detail or order status, click on View Order. You will see the entire order details and status in there. There are 3 types of product status: Processing > Products being processed Complete > Delivered products Cancel > Products canceled You can view order shipment details here. 59

58 When you look in the delivery details. If the store sends you the goods, you will get a tracking Number. If you receive damaged goods or the goods that do not meet the order, you can contact the shop via . If the shop does not respond, you can report problems at Thaitrade Center

59 View and create Wishlist on THAITRADE.COM and SOOK You can keep a record of the items in your Wishlist as follows: You can create your Wishlist by clicking the Add to Wishlist button or the heart button on the product details page of both on Thaitrade and Sook. 60

60 When you click on the Wishlist button, the item will be added to your Favorites list. Go to my account and select Wishlist. When you enter the menu, you will see all the items you have entered into Wishlist. - You can export the product list to Excel. - You can delete your favorite items by clicking on the trash can under the item. - Products are categorized as items from Thaitrade.com or SOOK If you would like to place an order, please click on the item to order immediately. 64

61 Sending a message to a shop on THAITRADE.COM and SOOK You can send messages to the shop to discuss and inquire an information in 3 ways. Option 1 through the Inquiry button on the product details page. This can only be done with Thaitrade.com. Option 2 Press the Contact Seller button. If you want to send a message to the store for the first time. First you have to go to the Shop page of the store you want to send. You can access several Shop pages. 2.1 Find a seller in the search bar. Choose Seller and then search for the seller as you want. 2.2 Click on the Seller Name in the Product Thumbnail. 64

62 2.3 Click the Visit Shop button on the product details page. When you reach the Shop Page, click About. When entering the About page, scroll down to the bottom. You will see the Contact Seller button in the Contact us section. Option 3 Press the Message button on the Header. If you ever send a message to Seller or want to return the message to the seller who sent it. Click the Message button to enter the message. When you enter, you will find a list of stores you have sent a message (Sign In first). 64
