15 TECHNOLOGY BEHIND EVAPOLAR EvaBreeze technology: Freon-FREE Evaporative cooling is a natural method of air-conditioning, that is why Evapolar devices do not contain any hazardous liquids like Freon, making them absolutely safe for children and pets. Bio-resistant stable compound In contrast to cellulose-based materials, EvaBreeze cartridge pads are based on natural inorganic nano-fibers, which do not contain any organic elements that lead to bacteria or mold growth. Eco-friendly and fully biodegradable Evapolar filters are made of a mineral compound that does not harm the environment and is 100% biodegradable.

16 HOW EVAPORATIVE COOLER WORKS 1 Fill the removable water tank and connect your Evapolar air conditioner to a power supply, the cartridge will absorb large amounts of water. 2 The water then spreads evenly through the cooling pads. As the air blows through the pads, the water evaporates, which causes both reducing of the air temperature with saturating it with water. 3 Evapolar air conditioner will reach its full cooling power within 5-10 minutes. There is no heat exhausted as a result of the evaporation process.

23 EVAPOLAR PARTNER PROGRAM What is MRSP? MRSP is Minimum Recommended Selling Price ( Shelf price). We recommend our channel partners to keep targeted price in their country. Lowering the retail prices will make lesser margins for the channel partners. It is up to channel partners to upmarket the price at their sole discretion, though Evapolar believe that it will diminish market capacity itself. With street retail prices normally higher than on-line offers we also recommend the channel not to forget that the max reasonable through the end-users eyes price difference between e-commerce tools (on-line shops) and retail shops is not bigger than 5%. What is the actual difference between Distributors and Partners? Distributors are volume buyers, are entitled to develop channel sales mainly by certifying reseller channel as official resellers of Evapolar LTD in a designated region or country. They do have volume planning per fiscal year period and precise business development goals. Ideas sharing and margins transparency are key to receive marketing support program MDF funding. Partners do buy from Evapolar LTD directly. They also retain a right to buy from any Distributor in case they see a business opportunity. Partners who would like to grow and become distributors can participate in deal registration procedure where applicable to secure business opportunities.

24 WARRANTY&CERTIFICATION WARRANTY CERTIFICATION Evapolar warrants the products level of quality and functionality necessary for the proper use of the products within the parameters and characteristics described above within one year from the date of delivery. In the countries where the official manufacturer s warranty is longer than 1 year by law, we discuss additional warranty conditions with the certified Evapolar partners. Our products and technologies are certified in Canada, the US, Australia, the EU, S. Korea, Russia and CIS. Compliant with healthcare, safety and environmental retirements of the European Union and North America. Additional certification can be passed upon request.
