Cancellations and Transfers: A 50% refund is available for Cancellations received with at least two weeks notice. Cancellations received within two weeks of the conference commencing will receive no refund. Registrations can be transferred to an alternative delegate at any time. 5 Speakers Russell Allert Principal, Russell Allert Digital Russell Allert has been working in digital marketing for over 6 years and has been in the financial industry for over 10. He has helped move Queenslanders Credit Union into the digital era, spearheading projects such as a mobile-friendly website, using social media to build a community, using digital advertising to increase sales, and developing content which informs and educates. This helped Queenslanders gain new customers (particularly Gen Y), win awards, and compete with larger banks. Russell has been asked to speak at the annual COBA Convention on several occasions, and has also at WOCCU on How to attract Gen Y and Millennials to Mutuals. In addition to this, Russell has his own business helping small business owners grow their business online. Russell is passionate about digital transformation within organisations and believes all organisations need to make the change to stay relevant. Louise Aubusson Executive Manager Sales & Lending, Endeavour Mutual Bank Louise has worked within the mutual banking sector for 24 years, joining Endeavour Mutual Bank from a regional based Credit Union where she had direct exposure to all facets of the business including cashiering, administration, lending, business development and Branch Management. In addition to being a Director of Instil Engaging bright minds, Louise was one of the founders of Women in Mutuals once representing Australian Mutuals at a Global Women's Leadership Strategic Planning meeting in the US ahead of WOCCU Louise is also a mentor to the younger staff members and gives them exposure and opportunities that will benefit them in their ongoing career development. She has personally mentored many of the young staff and is currently mentoring one of the young ladies with Endeavour, meeting with her on a regular basis and having her attend meetings as part of that development program. Catherine Batch PCN, Founder Direct Debi, Director at CB3 Catherine is a professional leader with over 15 years experience in strategic marketing and communications. Her experience has been largely gained working in London, Dublin, Sydney and Brisbane in senior management and consulting roles. She is committed to creating best practice in effect combining academic thinking with real world application. She productised her Master s Thesis PRMobi, launching a media training app. More recently she has founded a payments company designed to provide solutions which enable easy collection of money. Catherine is also a Director at CB3, a full service marketing, communications and public relations consultancy that helps businesses carve out a space in their competitive landscape. Jason Lima, Online Marketing Manager, IMB Bank Jason is an experienced online strategist specialising in helping brands leverage and implement solutions across online platforms to achieve their business objectives. Prior to his IMB experience, Jason was Digital Director for OMD Singapore, working with global, regional and local clients to offer services and solutions across a number of online platforms. His marketing expertise includes behavioural targeting and re-marketing, online media trading, search engine optimisation, search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, conversion management, social media optimisation and listening, managing and maintaining social media platforms, social gaming, and data analytics.

6 Speakers Jade Maletsky Jade Maletsky, Manager Marketing & Communications, Bank First Jade is an experienced Strategic Marketing and Communication Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Jade s background includes Marketing Management, Digital, Strategy, Business Planning and Strategic Brand development in B2B and B2C industries. Prior to her role at Bank First, Jade was Head of Brand at STANLIB Wealth Management (owned by the Liberty Group LTD and Standard Bank), where she was responsible for the full ambit of brand development and execution across 9 global markets. This portfolio also included managing the Group Corporate Social Investment division, which focused on empowering young people through financial literacy, something that is close to Jades heart. Jade holds an MBA from the University of Pretoria. Tania Mushtaq Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific and Japan at Dell Boomi Tania is a marketing, communications and PR professional with over 20 years experience as a marketing generalist in B2B and B2C space. Tania has worked in financial services, health and lifestyle and technology industries with specific focus on change management, communications and start-ups. She has researched and written extensively in the space of cloud adoption, cybersecurity and generational behavioural differences and has been a regular contributor for Lexis Nexis. Tania s work has been published in various technology publications across Asia Pacific and she has also authored several white papers and blogs in the space of visualisation technology and its impact on Gen Z. She currently heads up the marketing division of Boomi a start-up business unit of Dell Technologies. She has also holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Tung Nguyen Digital Business Builder, UNSW Business School Tung is a senior business leader who has operated across digital, product delivery, program management and senior strategy roles over the last 15+ years. Tung s experience includes leading product delivery and experienced teams in large multi-national corporations, pure play digital business, and lean start-up environments. Tung s work has focused primarily on delivering growth initiatives both in Australia and across the Asia Pacific Region including the launch of new products, expansion into new markets and the establishment of new strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities. Tung s recent experience includes Director of Product at BCG Digital Ventures, Strategic Partnerships (Digital id) with Australia Post and General Manager Digital for Redkite. Tung also holds a Management MBA from AGSM (UNSW Business School). Tony Schesser CEO Instil, Engaging bright minds Tony Schesser is the CEO of Instil Engaging bright minds. Instil is a professional development organisation owned by the mutual sector and specifically for the mutual sector. Tony has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of mutuals (or customer owned banking institutions), having held senior roles in the industry over nearly 20 years including Cuscal, COBA, and Combined Financial Processing an industry aggregator. Prior to his time with the customer owned banking sector, Tony spent a number of years in the with mutual insurance providers working for both AMP and NRMA prior to their demutualisation. Tony has an MBA from Charles Sturt University.
