1 Two Monthly Modules Available Tracking Only: Saves money on paper tickets; allows parkers to request their vehicle by texting car Full Revenue: Track in/out as well as enforce payments by sending invoices via Flash Valet Adding Monthly Accounts (see below for step-by-step) Via Admin Portal: Manually input each of your monthly parkers Via Customized URL: Allow your monthly parkers to sign themselves up, add their vehicle, drivers, and payment information using a customized portal. Adding new monthly accounts via the admin portal 1. Once logged in to portal.flashvalet.com, click on the Monthly tab. Then, select the appropriate monthly location. 2. This will bring you to a list of all of the current monthly accounts. Select Add New.

2 3. Fill out all of the required fields. Then click Save. 4. Fill out any additional information. Contacts. This refers to the people that will be under the account. Cars. Add any cars that will be associated with this account. Packages. Packages can be thought of as parking spots. If utilizing the Monthly Module with Revenue, each account will need to purchase at least one package. One package = one parking spot. Cards. You may add a credit card to be saved to this parking account. The saved credit card will be auto-billed each month. Rate Codes. For special offers or discounted parking packages, you may provide your parkers with rate codes. A rate code will discount the price of the package.

3 Using your customized URL to allow parkers to sign themselves up 1. Type your customized URL into any browser. Click I want to create a monthly account Fill in all of the required fields. Click Submit.

4 3. Follow the prompts to fill in the remainder of the information. Additional Drivers will be other contacts or people associated with the account. 4. Next, review the newly created account. Click Add a Credit Card to add a credit card for recurring billing. After adding credit card information, select Packages from the menu on the left.

5 5. Select the appropriate monthly package. Click Add to Cart. You ll see Your Cart notification pop up on the right side of the screen. Click Continue. 5. If you have not already entered payment information, you ll be prompted to do so at this time. At this point, you can select to pay via credit card or cash/check at the venue. Once you ve selected your method of payment, you ll return to your account overview.

6 Sample Verbiage to Inform Parkers of New System For monthlies without revenue: Dear [Parker] Effective [date], monthly parkers can now request their vehicles via SMS (text message). Here s how it works: 1. Save [Flash Valet long code] in your contacts as Valet. This is the number you will text when you re ready to request your vehicle. 2. When you re ready for your vehicle, simply text the word car to the Valet. 3. The valet will confirm, and will let you know when your vehicle will be ready. A few things to keep in mind: 1. You must text from the mobile number associated with your account. Otherwise, we won t know which vehicle to pull around. 2. Your guests must either text using the instructions on their ticket, or present their claim at the valet stand. Since your mobile number is associated with only your registered vehicles, you cannot text on their behalf. 3. Your mobile number is never visible to the attendant. All communication is managed through our technology provider, Flash Valet. For customers that don t want their parkers to sign themselves up: For your convenience, we have created an automated process for you to easily manage your monthly parking at [location]. Here s how it works: 1. On [date], you will receive an with a PDF invoice for your monthly parking fee at [location]. Within the PDF invoice, you will find information for how to access your account. 2. Follow the instructions on the invoice to access your new account. 3. Once inside your account, you can enter your credit card information, and we will automatically bill your card each month for the parking package(s) you selected. Through the Flash Valet Monthly Parking Portal, you also have the ability to manage your account (including adding/editing credit card information, drivers, and parking packages, access to transaction history, and more). Once you create your account and select your parking packages, you can enter your credit card information, and we will automatically bill your card each month for the parking package(s) you selected. Effective [start date], we will be ing you a monthly invoice on [invoice date] of each month and charging your credit card on the [charge date]. Please make sure you have completed the enrollment process no later than [2 bus days before invoice date].
