2 In the interest of Health and Safety: Under 14's are NOT allowed on the pitch either accompanied or unaccompanied. Under 16's MUST be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian. Guardian must remain with under 16 s and take full responsibility for them throughout the duration of the event. No queuing is permitted prior to gates opening. WARNING: For the safety and enjoyment of all patrons, An Gardaí Siochana, Aviva Stadium and Promoters MCD would request that all Parents and Guardians undertake their responsibility to fully review and adhere to the age restrictions and conditions outlined here, before allowing any minors attend this event. Strict age monitoring will be in place at all entrances and the promoter reserves the right to refuse admission without a refund to anyone who fails to comply. Should you have any queries regarding the age policies or require any assistance please the promoter directly customercare@mcd.ie. Location and Event Questions Q: Where is the Aviva Stadium? A: Aviva Stadium is in the heart of Dublin, just over one mile from St Stephen s Green. The ground itself is a landmark known to all Dubliners and is located in the heart of the Ballsbridge area, Dublin 4. It is bordered by Shelbourne Road to the West, Lansdowne Road to the South, Bath Avenue to the North & the Dodder River and Dodder Walk to the East. Fans should allow themselves plenty of travel time when getting to the concert. See our Getting There section below. Q: When is the Robbie Williams show due to take place? A: Saturday 17 th June Advertised doors are at 6pm, with support coming from Erasure. Please keep an eye here for updated stage times closer to the event. Please note: there is no queuing before stated door time. Q: Can I leave the event and come back in again? A: Please note there is no readmission to the event. Q: Who can go? A: The age restriction for this event is that under 16s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who will sign for and take responsibility for the Minor for the duration of the event. An adult can take up to 4 minors with them to the event. Parents/Guardians: If security members have any doubt regarding your age you will be requested to prove your age so please ensure to bring ID to the show as it is your responsibility to be able to prove it when requested.

3 Please note: Under 14s are not permitted on the Pitch area. Therefore, the promoter strongly advises Under 14s purchase seated tickets. Ticket Questions Q. I purchased a ticket online at over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it, who should I talk to? A: Please contact Ticketmaster Customer Service directly on or if you are calling from Northern Ireland call Monday to Saturday 9.30 to 6pm. Q. Can I pay more to upgrade to a backstage ticket? A: It is not possible to buy backstage tickets; backstage is a busy working area of the site and is not an appropriate are for non-working people. Q: What type of tickets are available? A: Tickets are from 69.50, however, the show is now completely Sold Out. Please note: The upper tiers are quite high. If you suffer from Vertigo or have a fear of Heights, please note that you would have been advised at time of purchase to purchase tickets from the Lower Tiers. If you have concerns, please contact access@mcd.ie in advance of the event. This is a Sold Out Event and reseating on the night will not be possible. Getting there Q: I'm travelling from the UK - can you tell me best way of getting to the Aviva Stadium? A: The best airport to fly into is Dublin Airport. There are also two ports to arrive by ferry: Dun Laoghaire and Dublin Port. Please see next FAQ for further directions. Q: I'm trying to find out how I can get to the event? A: As traffic and parking delays are inevitable you are strongly advised to use public transport (Dublin Bus, Dart or Luas) or car pool THERE ARE NO PARKING FACILITIES AVAILABLE LOCALLY FOR CONCERTS. Please use City Centre car parks, for details on public transport please see the Transport and Buy section of this app Q: Can I purchase a car parking ticket for the venue? A: No, unfortunately not. There are no parking facilities available except a limited number of accessible spaces. To apply for access to accessible parking please access@mcd.ie

4 Access Questions Q: What is the earliest I can arrive to the event? A: Aviva Stadium doors are advertised to open at 6pm on show day (Subject to change). No queuing will be permitted prior to this so you should time your arrival accordingly. Q: Can I bring Garden Furniture or seats with me? A: Unfortunately, not. Neither garden furniture nor umbrellas will be permitted for Health and Safety reasons. Q: Will there be Accessible Facilities? A. Yes. We want everyone to be able to enjoy our events, participate, feel safe, as well as being part of the crowd. The following section aims to help you make an informed decision about attending. All accessible customers are welcomed at MCD shows. Please note all wheelchair/accessible tickets must be booked in advance by calling Ticketmaster Accessible Phone Number on (Republic of Ireland), (Northern Ireland & UK) & (International Customers). Wheelchair Users facilities For this event, there are designated wheelchair locations on each level within the stadium which were available to book by calling Ticketmaster Accessible Phone Number on (Republic of Ireland), (Northern Ireland & UK) & (International Customers). Please Note that space in this area is limited and we operate a strict 1+ 1 policy for access to this area. Please contact us well in advance to allow us to plan for your arrival. There may be use of laser and strobe lights at the event. Those persons affected by lighting should ensure they have sufficient time to leave the viewing platform/crowd before effects begin. Please bear in mind the audience may be very large and movement through the crowd slow. Please note wheelchair users maybe requested to remain in the designated wheelchair area at the end of the show till the main crowd has left the site. This is for everyone s health, safety and security. Additional accessible facilities For all non-wheelchair related accessible ticket enquiries we will have a limited number of designated seats in the tiered seating area. Please note these can only be booked by calling Ticketmaster accessible Hotline directly on (Republic of Ireland), (International) and the Ticketmaster representatives will be happy to assist you in booking your tickets. Please Note that space in this area is limited and we operate a strict 1+ 1 policy for access to this area. Please be advised that relevant official documentation will be requested for approval for these tickets. ACCESSIBLE PARKING Accessible Parking will be available in the Stadium Car Park. Please note access to this car park will only be permitted to those with a valid car pass. The carpark will only be available up until approx. 2 hours before the event advertised opening times at which time roads will be closed to accommodate pedestrians. *Please be advised, the height restriction for vehicles entering this carpark is 2.1 meters. Please advise if your vehicle is above this height as we will need to give you an alternative option.

5 Ticketmaster will advise us of contact details for all wheelchair /accessible ticket holders and these will automatically be offered an option of availing of accessible parking. Please be advised that there will be a delay in exiting the car park after the show as An Garda Siochana give priority to pedestrians on the roads around the venue for a period after the show. If you have not purchased a wheelchair/accessible ticket for this event but still wish to apply for accessible parking pass, please access@mcd.ie with relevant official documentation supporting your request and a member of staff will contact you accordingly. Please contact MCD directly with any additional accessible requests on access@mcd.ie. Food & Drink Questions Q: Can I bring Alcohol into the venue? A: No alcohol is permitted into the event site and searches will be in place at the entrances. MCD are committed to responsible alcohol policies and work with in relation to this. Please note: We also have a 4 drink per person limit on all onsite bars. ID will be checked rigorously on event day. Q: Will there be food available to purchase at the event? A: Yes. There will be an array of onsite concessions selling food and beverages. Q: I am Coeliac, gluten intolerant, will there be food suitable to cater for my needs? A: Yes, there will be a limited selection of foods available to cater for such dietary requirements. If you have any concerns/queries, please access@mcd.ie in advance and we will be happy to advise options accordingly. Medical Facilities Please note there are medical and welfare facilities on site, which are open to all customers. Q: I am diabetic and need someone to go to take/to store my insulin A: Please notify security at the gates in advance of being searched that you are carrying such items. Please bring official supporting medical documentation to avoid any issues on the day. Please approach the medical room at the event and a member of medical staff will be happy to assist you accordingly in relation to your requirements. For directions to the nearest medical room please follow onsite signage or ask the nearest steward for assistance. Music questions Q: Who is on the lineup? A: Headline Act: Robbie Williams and Support: Erasure Q: Will the full running times be made available before the event? A: Where possible, these will be made available. 6 Camera Queries Q: What type of camera is permitted? A: Point and shoot compact cameras and cameras with fixed (non-zoom) lenses under 3 inches (75mm) ARE PERMITTED. Lenses over 3 inches and video recording cameras are NOT PERMITTED. Please note: If you are a professional photographer and wish to take photos with a professional camera at this event you must apply in advance for permission by ing contact@mcd.ie. If you have not being approved in advance you will not permitted access to this event with your professional camera. Prohibited Items STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL No liquids are permitted other than sealed water less than 500ml is allowed (Caps will be removed) In addition the following Items are Strictly Prohibited Aerosols/ Air Horns Animals (Other than registered guide or hearing dogs) Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon Audio recorders Backpacks and Waist packs Bottles Cans Cameras with detachable lens or recording equipment Camping equipment Chinese or sky lanterns
