1 MOUNTAIN DEW UNLOCK THE 88 SWEEPSTAKES AT FOOD LION OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. SWEEPSTAKES ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. RESIDING IN THE STATE OF DELAWARE, GEORGIA, KENTUCKY, MARYLAND, NORTH CAROLINA, PENNSYLVANIA, SOUTH CAROLINA, TENNESSEE, VIRGINIA or WEST VIRGINIA THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS FEBRUARY 19, 2014 AND ENDS JUNE 29, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase, and no entry fee, payment or proof-ofpurchase necessary to participate in Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes begins February 19, 2014 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends June 29, 2014, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Limit one (1) entry per Week, per person/mobile phone number/ address via Entry Methods (a), (b) or (c) throughout the Sweepstakes Period. A Day is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. A Week is defined as a consecutive seven (7) Day period beginning on a Wednesday at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending on the following Tuesday at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except for the final Week of the Sweepstakes which begins on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on Sunday, June 29, 2014 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (a) TO ENTER VIA BLIPPAR: (a) Launch the free Blippar application on your smart phone or tablet device (network connection and camera feature required) and point it at any Mountain Dew Unlock the 88 Sweepstakes Logo on promotional materials at participating Food Lion stores. Push the Sweepstakes icon on your device screen and follow the instructions to enter the Mountain Dew Unlock the 88 Sweepstakes at Food Lion. Each Day that you enter, you will receive one (1) entry into a Weekly Drawing for a chance to win a Daily Prize for that corresponding Day and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing, as set forth in Rule 3, below. To capture the image using Blippar, participants must have a smart phone or tablet web-enabled device with a camera and may incur message or data charges from their wireless service provider for message or data sent/received. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. If you do not already have the Blippar app installed on your phone or tablet device, download the free Blippar app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

2 (b) TO ENTER VIA TEXT MESSAGE: Use your mobile phone to text UNLOCK to during the Sweepstakes Period. You will receive a text message reply requesting your date of birth. Upon receipt of an eligible date of birth, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Participants must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to enter by text message. Participants entering this Sweepstakes via text message may incur a standard text message charge from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. By entering this Sweepstakes via text messaging the entrant is consenting to receive up to 3 text and phone messages per entry regarding the Sweepstakes. (c) TO ENTER ONLINE: Visit (the Website ) and follow the online instructions to enter the Mountain Dew Unlock the 88 Sweepstakes at Food Lion. All entries must be received and recorded during a specific Day (as defined below) to be eligible for that Day s drawing/prizes, and all entries must be received and recorded by June 29, 2014 to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. Sponsor s designated official judging organization s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. No other forms of entry are valid. The person submitting the Sweepstakes entry must be the authorized account holder/user of the mobile phone number if entering via text, or the authorized account holder/user of the address if entering via Blippar or online, otherwise entry may be deemed void. In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the registered user of the mobile phone number or address used at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number or address submitting the entry. It is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify the Pepsi-Cola Company ( Sponsor ) in writing if the entrant changes his or her mobile phone number or address during the Sweepstakes Period. Proof of submitting an entry does not constitute proof of delivery or entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant. Every entry submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; all automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and all transmissions from these or related , IP addresses or phone numbers may be blocked. 2. PRIZES: (a) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) 2014 Chevy Camaro Coupe ( Vehicle ). Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment

3 for make and model. Any vehicle displayed or pictured in promotional/advertising materials may not be the actual vehicle(s) awarded. Color, package, factory options, and other prize specifics to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Vehicle will be delivered solely with the express limited warranties set forth in the Vehicle s Owner s Guide, which warranties shall run for the term set forth in the said Guide. Winner must have and provide a valid driver s license in the winner s state of residence, proof of existing Vehicle Insurance Coverage (Comprehensive and/or Liability as required by law) at time of delivery, and tax identification information as required by all applicable laws. The Sponsor will arrange for delivery of Vehicle to the winner s residence. Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable registration (including state sales or like tax), license, title and insurance fees, and any expenses not listed herein related to receipt, possession, acceptance and use of the prize. Any difference between the stated MSRP and the actual value of the vehicle will not be awarded. Sponsor in its sole discretion may elect to substitute a Vehicle of the same or like make, model and style in the event of scarcity due to limited production or unavailability for any other reason. Failure to accept possession of Vehicle within sixty (60) days of notification of availability will result in prize forfeiture. Estimated Retail Value ( ERV ) of Grand Prize Vehicle: $23,555. Cash Alternative: Grand Prize winner may select a cash option in the amount of $10,000 in lieu of the Grand Prize Chevy Camaro. The Grand Prize cash option shall be awarded in the form of a check. Actual Retail Value ( ARV ) of Grand Prize cash alternative: $10,000. In no way can the Grand Prize Chevy Camaro prize and the Grand Prize cash alternative be combined. (b) DAILY PRIZES: Daily Hat Prizes: One thousand five hundred and seventy-two Daily Hat Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Mountain Dew branded Dale Jr. hat. ERV of each Daily Hat Prize: $20. Daily Tee Shirt Prizes: One thousand five hundred and seventy-two Daily Tee Shirt Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Mountain Dew branded Dale Jr. tee shirt. ERV of each Daily Tee Shirt Prize: $20. Twelve (12) Daily Hats Prizes and twelve (12) Daily Tee Shirt Prizes will be awarded for each Day (as defined above) of the Sweepstakes Period. An entrant may win one (1) hat and one (1) tee shirt over the course of the Sweepstakes Period and remains eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. 3. DRAWINGS: The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize drawing will be held on or about June 30, Daily Prize winners will be drawn in nineteen (19) Weekly Drawings scheduled to take place on the following dates in 2014: February 26, March 5, March 12, March 19, March 26, April 2, April 9, April 16, April 23, April 30,

4 May 7, May 14, May 21, May 28, June 4, June 11, June 18, June 25 and June 30. Each drawing will include all eligible entries submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET of the Day prior to a drawing. Non-winning entries will roll over to the next Weekly Drawing and all entries will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions shall be final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. A maximum of one (1) Daily Hat Prize and one (1) Daily Tee Shirt Prize per person/mobile phone number/ address throughout the Sweepstakes Period. A Daily Prize Winner is eligible to win the Grand Prize. 4. ELIGIBILITY: YOU MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT RESIDING IN THE STATE OF DELAWARE, GEORGIA, KENTUCKY, MARYLAND, NORTH CAROLINA, PENNSYLVANIA, SOUTH CAROLINA, TENNESSEE, VIRGINIA or WEST VIRGINIA THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY to be eligible to win. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal U.S. residency if requested by Sponsor to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award. Employees of Food Lion LLC, Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, Sponsor and Promotion Parties ) and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate or win. Prizes won by minors under eighteen (18) years of age may be awarded to minor's parent or legal guardian who will be required to sign all legal prize acceptance documents. 5. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is subject only to the laws of New York State in the United States. Prizes will be awarded and/or delivered only to addresses within the United States. Except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value (unless at the sole discretion of Sponsor). Prize winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes. If applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. 6. CONDUCT: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges that shall be final and binding in all respects. The Official Rules will be posted on the Website throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE

5 OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Website or any combination thereof; (e) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. 8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: All potential winners will be notified by text, phone or at the phone number or address provided at the time of entry. Potential Daily Prize winners will be notified on or about every Wednesday during the Sweepstakes Period by text message or and will be required to enter their prize code, name, address, address and phone number on a prize claim mobile site or prize claim website in order to confirm their eligibility and claim their prize within 7 days. Any winner notification not responded to within 7 days or returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address will result in prize forfeiture and an alternate winner will be drawn. Pepsi-Cola Company will provide an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release of which Grand Prize winner may be required to sign and return within ten (10) days of attempted winner notification as indicated by the date on the Affidavit. Failure to return any required documents within ten (10) days may result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. Allow 1 to 2 months for delivery of Grand Prize following completion of notification process. Daily Prizes will be delivered via US Mail; allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of Daily Prizes following final drawing. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the United States. 9. WINNER RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsor and Promotion Parties, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Hendrick Motorsports, LLC, and JR Motorsports, LLC (and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and assigns) from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to

6 persons or property which may be sustained in connection with accessing the Website, submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize. Except for residents of Tennessee and where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Website) the winner s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor. 10.
