3 Grow your business. Position your brand. Endorse the Chamber s efforts in your market. There are numerous reasons for your business to sponsor Chamber events and advertise in Chamber communications, and lots of times and places for your brand to shine. As you look through this guide, you ll see how member businesses of all sizes use Chamber opportunities to further their marketing efforts. The following pages offer an array of opportunities, organized by type as well as by level of investment. We appreciate that different businesses and industries have different capacities for sponsorship and advertisement, and we ve created opportunities to accommodate that. An example of this diversity of opportunity would be our annual Ralph Sheridan Golf Classic. Members and non-members alike can donate to the event s raffle and receive brand recognition. Those seeking more prominent exposure may elect to sponsor the Hole in One contest or the golfer s gift. Opportunities in Section One of this guide are priced for sole proprietors, small to mid-size businesses and firms who are new to experiencing the value of sponsorship. These low-risk, highvisibility brand positioning opportunities are quite popular. Section Two features opportunities for mid-size to large businesses, many of whom have established marketing and advertising budgets and the desire to reinforce their brand while publicly endorsing the efforts of the Chamber. Section Three offers economical and customizable opportunities helpful to firms sponsoring and advertising on a regular basis and across multiple events and platforms. These Chamber Champion packages allow member businesses to enjoy consistent, high-profile brand positioning while choosing among other valuable benefits like tickets to sponsored events, reserved seating and recognition from the podium as well as preferential placement in print and online communications. Section Four explores advertising opportunities for businesses of all sizes and disciplines to save money and partner with the Chamber and other business members. Paid e-communication, mixer passes, member mailing lists and conference room rental are all tools that help individuals and businesses meet their operational needs. Together we can grow your business and the region s economy. Ethan Fogg Executive Director Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce 3
