We live close by so were able to visit the construction site often. The quality of workmanship was evident as we viewed each stage of the project. Our home came with many upgrades included. Things like granite counter tops in kitchen,... They're a wonderful company. They've done a fabulous job. I love the neighborhood we are moving into. Our new home is beautiful. We love it. It's been a wonderful experience. You hear stories from other people, and we were tunate we didn't have any problems. I can't say enough good things about JMC... We are really satisfied with the service that JMC Homes provided. They built us a beautiful home. JMC makes beautiful homes and I am really enjoying my new home! I would have made a few changes if I had the opportunity but was limited on my selection at the time of purchase. I would recommend JMC to friends and family. It was very good service. I am very much satisfied. Everyone was great and explained everything. They checked to make sure everything was good. Loved it. Cindy was excellent in providing options available our property. We found Joey to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and kept the lines of communication wide open. If you ever had to select a single person to represent and protect your brand, she is that person! What an AWESOME LADY! Love our new home and the quality has been above our expectations! JMC has been prompt with answering any questions or concerns we may have had. Overall we're happy with our home, but there are a few things I would have appreciated a little more disclosure on. For example, I told the JMC agent how excited I was to pick the style and color of our new home and she didn't take the opportunity to inm us that it was pre determined by the lot number... Our sub-contractor was the best. I can t recall his name, possibly Fernando? After buying a 500+k home, he was the only person that gave us a closing gift. We ve purchased other new homes in the past: KB, Meritage and DR Horton and had better experiences with them. This was our third home, but our first time buying new construction. The whole process was so easy I do not have any regrets! JMC believes in quality and they have an amazing Sales and Construction team to backup their exceptional work. We were explained everything up front, there were no hidden fees,... Kimberly was awesome. Chris understood our concerns at the design center and helped us navigate so that our home would look good but not break our budget. We are highly satisfied with our JMC Home.
