I started the project in November 2016 because there was no reliable and up-to-date information hub dedicated especially to solving all of the problems English-speaking foreign residents might face in Poland. Current JAP ideas There are two parts of the projects: Guides Practical tutorials of high value. These contain translations of Polish documents and websites, which enables readers to solve many of their problems on their own. Content presented on the blog is detailed and verified.

In situations that require professional assistance I provide readers with contact details of experts and companies, after I check that they will be able to help them in English. Goals The main goal of JAP is to build the most extensive information source in English for foreigners living in Poland. My strategic advantage will be high-value content created in collaboration with experts from fields such as law, accounting, and real estate. I also focus on writing my articles in a clear and easy to understand way. The biggest asset of JustAsk Poland will be an engaged community based on trust and friendliness. My target is a group of 20,000 English speaking foreigners who have joined Facebook expat groups. In the future I also would like to set up a concierge business for foreigners in Poland.

6 6 The blog has noted a visible increase in pageviews in the last days of April: I expect a decrease of new entries in May due to the ending of the tax return period. My most popular articles won t be displayed as frequently anymore, but I will counteract this expectation with the SEO (search engine optimization) strategies. I will also keep publishing new and useful articles. 70,68% of readers reach my articles from the territory of Poland. That means that I m read mostly by expats who already here. My website is also viewed in the following countries: 4,39% - United Kingdom 3,12% - United States 2,38% - India 1,93% - Germany 1,58% - Sweden 1,46% - Russia 1,35% - France

7 7 Interests of my readers based on the popularity of the articles: Personal Income Tax return system in Poland Legalization and administrational procedures (NIP, PESEL, so-called zameldowanie ) General rules and tips concerning relocation to Poland Banks in Poland Costs of living and average salaries in Poland Collaboration offers Experts This type of offer is dedicated to lawyers, tax advisors, accountants, real estate agents, insurance agents, health care system experts, and all other kinds of professionals from fields that could interest the audience of my blog. I offer you two kinds of collaboration: guest articles or content-based support. Guest articles I would be glad to publish guest articles written by experts - together with a free advertisement of the services offered by the Partner. The Partner will be fully protected under copyright laws and will be the only one to decide about any modifications in the text. I won t display any advertisements of other partners on the page with the article. The Partner will be responsible for the whole writing process, including proofreading of a native English speaker.

8 8 Content-based support I will write a full text and the cost of proofreading will be on me in the second model of collaboration. The Partner will only support me through their knowledge during the editorial process. I propose the following scheme of the collaboration: First we will discuss the general aspects of the described problem via phone or Skype; I ll start writing the text and will send the Partner detailed questions via if needed; The Partner will check the text before its publication. In the beginning of the text I ll inform the readers that the Partner is responsible for the content contained in the text and I am responsible for the editorial process. I ll include a link to the Partner s website. Thanks to that the readers will be able to contact an expert directly and buy services if needed. I exclusively reserve all copyrights and property rights to the article. I also reserve the right to display advertisements of other partners (with full freedom of choosing advertisers) on the page with the article. We will sign a contract before the collaboration. Bloggers and organizations I m open to promoting other blogs and organizations in the Partners tab on JustAsk Poland, if they would like to present my blog on their pages. I would be also glad to publish guest articles written by other bloggers and I m keen to write my articles concerning immigration issues for other blogs or websites in Polish or in English.

9 9 Companies I offer commercial collaboration in the form of an exclusive partnership for the period of a month for 2,500 (two thousand five hundred) zł gross. The offer includes: Exclusive graphic advertisements: one in the sidebar section and one large banner in the middle of every article except the guest expert articles (guest expert articles are completely excluded from the offer). I will describe the offer and the profile of the Partner in the sponsored article presenting the Partner of the Month. The article will be pinned to the top of my Facebook page, sent via Newsletter and exposed on the main page of my blog for the whole month. It will stay in the archives after that for an unlimited period. I include proofreading by native speakers in the general cost of collaboration. I suggest the following scheme of the collaboration: After we make contact, I will send a draft of the banners and their placement within the blog. I will also send a contract. If the Partner accepts the terms of collaboration, I will write a sponsored article. When the article has been accepted, I will issue an invoice pro forma for the full amount of money. Full payment before the beginning of the campaign is the necessary condition of the collaboration. After receiving the payment, I will issue a VAT invoice (with the date of receiving the payment). I will display advertisements and promote the article for 30 days. After this period the article will stay in the archive and will be accessible for an unlimited period. I am looking for long term collaborations. Should we decide to continue our joint actions, I will prepare a new offer on the basis of the suggestions and wishes of the Partner. We will sign a

10 10 new contract based on the effects of former campaigns, our experiences, and needs of the Partner. I m open to creative forms of collaboration.
