3 Nashville Paw Magazine & the Nashville Paw Foundation present our 2 nd Annual 2011 Winter Wonderland: A Holiday Marketplace Saturday November 19th from 10am 6pm at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds Banquet Hall Building Dear Vendors, I am thrilled to announce the return of our festive Winter Wonderland: A Holiday Marketplace, our annual holiday shopping extravaganza! If you participated last year, I hope you ll join us again. And if you are new to our event, I hope you ll become a part of this wonderful, fun and festive marketplace. It s a great way to ring in early holiday sales while supporting animal welfare! We have moved our event to November in hopes of avoiding of a snowstorm like we had last year. We ve also moved to the beautiful Banquet Hall at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds to avoid costly parking fees, to allow for more vendors and to offer a more flowing floor plan that will give all vendors equal exposure. It is a beautiful and open setting, ideal for our event. This year, 100% of ticket sales will benefit our nonprofit Nashville Paw Foundation to fund local spay and neuter. We hope you ll join us in supporting this great cause, having some festive holiday fun, and selling your great gift ideas to kick off the holiday shopping season! Please note that space sold out quickly last year, and we anticipate the same this year, so please reserve early for your best chance at participation. However, space is limited and sells out quickly, so your application and payment should be submitted as soon as possible for your best chance at space. In the case that your desired space is not available, we will contact you immediately. While we will try to honor placement requests, we cannot make any guarantees and we reserve the right to final layout and booth placements. Vendors are responsible for handling your own sales tax and event insurance. Nashville Paw assumes no liability for vendor damage, harm or theft. Vendor load-in and setup will take place on Friday 11/18 from 4-8pm. Break-down may not start until 6pm on 11/19. Payment for vendor fees should be made out to Nashville Paw Magazine and mailed to the address below; or, to pay with credit card, return the attached authorization form. Once your application is accepted we are not able to accommodate a refund for any reason. We will contact you with further details as we near the event.
