1 JOIN US! St. Michael the Archangel is looking for interesting crafts and products to showcase at our 2 nd annual St. Michael s Ol Times Church Festival on the Key. We anticipate a great event with hundreds of shoppers. Along with craft displays the festival offers, great food selections, craft beer, raffles, children s games, and live entertainment. The St. Michael s Ol Times Church Festival on the Key mission is to build fellowship among the surrounding communities and to provide Siesta Key with a well-organized, fun and affordable family weekend. If you would like to participate in this year s festival, please complete the attached form and return along with your check to secure your vendor space by November 25, Checks and money orders should be made payable to: St. Michael s Festival/CFA and mailed to the address listed on the form. The first applicant to return their completed form and registration fee will secure their spot! DATE & HOURS: Saturday, January 27 th, 2018 from 11:00AM to 5:30PM SET-UP/BREAKDOWN: Vendors must set-up on Saturday between the hours of 8:00AM and 10:30AM. Materials may be unloaded in the Church parking lot. Crafters will be directed to parking locations and to remove their vehicles as soon as materials are unloaded. (See Map for vendor set up and parking locations) Vendors are not to close their space before the official close time. Sellers are responsible for their selling space. Before leaving, be sure your area is clean and trash free. SPACE ALLOCATION: Vendors will be assigned space according to first come, first serve. Placement, flow and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for attendees. 10 x 10 vendor space fee is $40.00 if registered before November 15 th, after November 15 th space fees is $50. If you have special space needs, please include your request on your application and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Sorry no power will be available at the show. GIFT DONATION: We are asking that each vendor donate one gift (minimum value $15) that will be raffled as door prizes for our patrons. Door prizes will be part of our promotional efforts. In exchange for your tax deductible gift we will provide 10 tickets (value $10) that can be used for food or beverage during the events.

2 STAFF: Vendors are responsible for the conduct of their employees and/or representatives and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the festival. Vendor spaces must be manned at all times. St. Michael s representatives will be made available, upon request, to sit at your booth and allow you to take short breaks. St Michael s is not responsible for merchandise or display materials. LIABILITY: St. Michael s the Archangel Catholic Church assumes no liability for any property or goods of exhibitors. Exhibitors will hold harmless St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church for any personal liability due to exhibitor s acts or omissions. It will be a day of fun activities, great food, refreshments, and excellent craft vendors. We will also host a DJ along with live entertainment. PROMOTION: The festival will be extensively promoted to the surround communities. Our marketing efforts include many types of outreach: Social media, including the parish social media, surrounding parishes and catholic schools of the diocese, vendors and entertainment social media Flyers, inserts and other print advertisements to the above parishes, local chamber of commerce, local rental and condominiums Various media source both print and on-line Posting on various craft and festival calendar boards Strategically positioned road signs to capture traffic on the key. Feather flags in front of the parish prior to and during the festival Excellent visibility of the craft vendor area from the heavily traversed Midnight Pass Road. PROCEEDS: The proceeds of the festival all go to charitable causes including the Catholic Faith Appeal and their many community support efforts and to St. Michael s parish which extensively supports many of the local charitable organizations including All Faiths Food Bank, Bethesda House and others.
