General According to the latest number of bookings, approximately 100 exhibitors from all over the world will take part in the fair. There is strong interest in this event in the taxi and hire car trade. We therefore ask you to pay close attention to the legal requirements and the following information in order to ensure that the fair is held in an orderly way. II. Construction and Dismantling The hall is open from 7 am to 10 pm on the days of construction and dismantling. Please refer to the attached plan, which includes the dimensions, for your exhibition stand. In urgent cases we retain the right to make necessary changes up to the day of construction. If you are affected by this, we will inform you individually. 31 October and 1 November 2018 are the official construction days. Exhibitors who wish to construct their stand at different times require permission to do this from Herr Jörg Mangen of KölnKongress, tel. 0221/ , j.mangen@koelnkongress.de. KölnKongress is entitled to charge separately for security and energy costs caused by early stand construction. As hall 4.1 is on the ground floor, exhibited vehicles can easily be taken to the stands. The hall entrances for delivering vehicles have been specially marked on the attached plan. It is not permitted to drive into the hall to make deliveries. As already stated in the invitation to take part, the maximum permitted height of the stands is 4.50 metres. 2 2 kept clear. Construction plans for the stands must be submitted to us for approval by 14 September 2018 at the latest and if required have to be coordinated with the neighbouring stands. Rear walls and side walls that are visible to visitors must be completely covered. Construction must be finished on 1 November 2018 at 9 pm. Please keep to this deadline under all circumstances. The exhibition spaces will be marked on the floor of the hall with the numbers of the stands so that you can find the site of your stand without difficulty. Please note that all stands must be carpeted. Carpet can be ordered from us at a price of per square metre including disposal afterwards, if you have not already done so. You may also take away with you carpet that was ordered from us. Of course you can bring carpet and dispose of it yourself. For all standard stands, the carpet is already included in the price. Exhibitors who have booked standard stands can occupy them on 1 November 2018 from 9 am. Exhibited vehicles must be on the stands by approx. 5 pm on 1 November 2018 so that the aisles are free by this time (note for exhibitors who have a vehicle on their stand: it is not necessary for the vehicles to be in their final position). Please also ensure that your stand construction has progressed so far that the aisles are free on 1 November 2018 from 7 pm. From this time the hall is given its final cleaning. This does not prevent you from making further preparations on your stands. From 10 pm the hall is closed. Use of the stand is allowed only for the registered exhibitor. Joint use by another exhibitor is permitted only if this has been approved by us in writing. Dismantling takes place on 3 November 2018 after 5 pm and on 4 November We would like to point out explicitly that the trade-fair stands must be in operation until the end of the fair on 3 November 2018 at 5 pm. Earlier dismantling is not allowed. In particular it is forbidden for reasons of traffic safety to remove vehicles from the stands, to place them in the aisles or to drive transport vehicles in the aisles before 5 pm. Our security staff have strict instructions to prevent this immediately in any suitable way. We have obtained the required official permission from the city authorities for the above days for dismantling stands. If dismantling should not be possible for you until later, this must be agreed with Herr Mangen from KölnKongress. III. Additional Services Standard tables (height 72 cm, depth 72 cm, width 125 cm) and chairs are included in the price and will be made available by us at several places in the hall, where you can collect the number that you need. If temporarily no tables and chairs are available, please inform a member of our staff (recognisable by

3 3 their yellow name badges) at our information stand in the entrance area to the hall. If you require further stand furniture and other equipment, please order this as soon as possible using the order form of Beckmann Fair Partner GmbH, which is attached. Employees of this company can be reached via our information stand or at the fair office of the Fachvereinigung Personenverkehr Nordrhein Taxi- Mietwagen e.v. We also attach the forms needed for special stand cleaning, disposal of waste, individual security guards for stands etc. Cleaning of the standard stands on the evening of 1 November 2018 is included in the price. The forwarding agent of the European Taxi Fair is Kühne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG. Their order form is also attached. Standard stands are equipped with a power supply of 3 kw with a socket and at least four spotlights. Other types of stand do not have a power supply. If you need a power supply or other electrical installations, please order them using the form attached to this letter. If you need photographs of your stand or particular activities on your stand, please contact the accredited fair photographer, Herr Peter Jost, at the following telephone number: / or mobile Payment is made directly to him. There is a water supply at several places in the hall. If you nevertheless wish to have your own water supply on your stand, please order it using the attached form. We would like to point out specifically that water supply cannot be provided for all stand locations. In such cases an alternative is given on the order form. We also point out that there are a few small areas at the edge of the hall where suspension points are not available. We therefore ask you to gain information about this in good time. Waste arising on the stands must be disposed of by the exhibitors themselves. Otherwise the trade fair company will dispose of the waste and charge the costs to the exhibitor. Please find attached a form for this purpose. Catering and restaurants There are two snack points in hall 4.1, but with a limited number of seats. In the passage between hall 2.2 (used for talks and the tombola) and hall 4.1, immediately opposite the entrance, there is the attractive self-service restaurant

4 4 Edison, where a wide range of food and drinks is available from 11 am to 3.30 pm. From 8 am until 6 pm an Illy Bar is open in front of Edison. Here you can enjoy coffee specialities and various snacks, and arriving personnel have the opportunity to spend time here. This also applies to visitors who arrive before 10 am. Exhibitors who invite groups to their stands can order a big breakfast. On the stand construction day, 1 November 2018, food and drink are available at the above-mentioned snack points from 10 am to 5 pm. IV. Security Regulations and Liability We would like to point out that the technical guidelines for fairs and exhibitions of KölnKongress GmbH, which are attached to this letter, must be noted and complied with, especially point In addition the following rules apply to vehicles that are exhibited: The contents of the fuel tank of the vehicle (this also applies to alternative fuels such as automobile gas, natural gas and hydrogen) must be reduced to the quantity that is necessary for driving in and out (the reserve indicator of the fuel gauge must be in operation); where possible the cover of the fuel tank must be locked. Inertisation of the fuel tank is not required. At the trade fair it is not possible to pump out fuel. There is no equipment for this purpose. Vehicles powered by liquid fuel may only be placed above the ground level of the exhibition area (only with pressure chamber empty/without pressure). In all cases suitable fire-extinguishing equipment must be available in sufficient quantities on the trade-fair stand / the vehicle (to protect the premises). All vehicles must be registered using the attached form. Compliance with the regulations described above will be checked before the start of the European Taxi Fair. If the rules are not observed, presentation of the vehicles in hall 4.1 is not possible. We specifically draw your attention to the fact that we take no liability whatever for objects brought into the exhibition. We therefore recommend that you take out your own insurance for any items that you take in. In addition to the general security measures carried out by KölnKongress, we can organise additional guarding of your stand. If you would like to use this service, you can order a guard for your stand with the order form attached to this letter.

5 5 We exclude all liability that could be caused by a fault on our part or on the part of those contracted to assist us. Intent and gross negligence of the responsible persons are excluded from this disclaimer. Please sign the attached declaration with a legally binding signature and return it to us by 14 September 2018 at the latest. V. Events On 2 November 2018 at 3 pm there will be a tombola and a talk about the situation of the taxi trade in hall 2.2, which lies directly opposite the entrance and exit to hall 4.1. On 3 November 2018 from 3.30 pm the final session of the 2018 members meeting of the Deutscher Taxi- und Mietwagenverband e.v. (BZP) will also take place, followed by a tombola. VI. Tombola We would like to thank all exhibitors who have already donated prizes for the tombola. Of course all those who have not yet participated in the tombola can inform us in writing by 15 October 2018 what items they are able to donate. Delivery of the tombola prizes to our conference office must be made by the last stand construction day (1 November 2018) at the latest. VII. Invitation Brochures and Posters 43,000 copies of the invitation brochure have been printed and will be distributed throughout Europe by mid-september. Three copies have been included with this letter. You can use the attached order form if you require more. Our fair posters have already been sent to you separately. If you need further copies, you can also order them using the attached form. The lists of exhibitors and the hall plan in the invitation brochure represent the position at the time of going to press on 31 July Since then further exhibitors have registered and we expect that there will be more registered exhibitors in the coming weeks. For this reason we will display an up-to-date plan of the hall for visitors on the days of the fair at the entrance to hall 4.1 showing all registered exhibitors and their stand locations. VIII. Hotels With the confirmation of your booking we sent you an order form for the Pullman Cologne. Many exhibitors have taken advantage of the attractive terms and booked there. If you are looking for other hotels, we recommend the internet

Conference Office The usual offices of the Fachvereinigung Personenverkehr Nordrhein Taxi- Mietwagen e.v. will not be occupied from 31 October 2018 until 11 am on 5 November On these days you can contact us in the Pullman Cologne hotel at tel. 0221/ and in our conference office in the concourse in the entrance area between halls 2 and 4. Our phone number is 0221/ , our fax number 0221/ X. Invoices You have already received separately an invoice for your stand area and special services. If this invoice has not already been paid, we ask you to make immediate payment to one of our accounts giving the invoice number, as we have to make advance payments to KölnKongress and other service providers. As a result of our experience in previous years, exhibitors who have not paid the invoice will not take part. This does not release such exhibitors from the obligation to pay. XI. Information for Exhibitors and Sales Personnel The European Taxi Fair is attended by many visitors from different European countries. For this reason we urgently request that you take account of this by making information material available in English, French, German and Dutch. Sale of products during the European Taxi Fair is allowed and the necessary permit has been obtained. Goods such as books and printed materials, items for vehicle care, lubricants etc. are subject to the regulations on pricing and must be marked with the sales price. Please take care to conform to such regulations, as checks may be carried out by the Cologne city authorities. XII. Admission and Parking Please find attached a number of trade fair passes corresponding to the size of your stand. They are valid from 7.00 am until am and serve to show that only authorised persons may enter the trade-fair hall outside the opening times. After the opening of the fair at am, admission is free and access is therefore possible for everyone. For this you need no passes. Above hall 4 is parking deck P2/P4 with a capacity of 3800 spaces. As the area for exhibitors'

7 7 vehicles next to the hall is smaller than in previous years, we request all exhibitors to use the parking deck and enter the trade-fair hall with the elevator or escalator. For parking on the parking deck you need neither a parking pass nor an exhibitor's pass. Exhibitors who have stored brochures and advertising material or additional supplies for the stand in a vehicle can use the attached form to apply for one parking permit for the exhibitors' parking area directly next to the hall. Please understand that we can allow one vehicle at most per exhibitor. We believe that attention to all the information we have provided will make it possible for the event to run smoothly so that our guests, the owners of taxi and hire car businesses, representatives of ministries and public authorities and you too as an exhibitor will enjoy a successful fair. Please help us to attract many visitors to the fair in Cologne by informing your customers and by advertising it.
