4 Exhibitor Guidelines Location The Meeting Lounge will be located in the Costa Del Sol Foyer located in front of the Main ballroom and offers central access to all of our keynote presentations and general sessions. The space provides prime visibility for all of our sponsoring companies with its strategic location near our networking lunches, breakfasts and activities. Table Spaces Display space is limited to the assigned table Only tabletop displays are permitted; no hard-wall booths or floor signs are allowed (unless you are a platinum or platinum plus exhibitor) Tabletop displays must not exceed 4 ft in height Exhibitors are responsible for their own storage needs and trash removal White linens will be provided if needed Build Relationships Exhibit Hall Hours Setup & Tear Down (subject to change) Setup: 2:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 14 Shipping Materials to Omni La Costa When to Ship Delivery to Omni La Costa should be scheduled from April 12-14, Shipments that arrive outside of this time frame risk not being held for the conference.
