Furthermre, Life Health Care Limited needs a website that can be maintained by a reputable Web Agency with the need t regularly make changes, updates and maintenance. Cntent Management System Central t the new design frm FerryWEB Supprt will be a rbust Cntent Management System (CMS) that will allw Life Health Care Limited t make changes easily t the website, withut requiring a dedicated wrkstatin r additinal sftware. Nt nly will the CMS save Life Health Care Limited website revisin csts, but it will als ensure that the website stays fresh and up t date. Website Organizatin The new design will have 5-7 main landing pages: These 5-7 main pages will be "hardwired" int the new design by FerryWEB Supprt and links t them will appear in the hrizntal menu bar at the tp f the page. 3 WORK FLOW Preliminary Design Wrking in cnjunctin with Life Health Care Limited, FerryWEB Supprt will recmmend templates based n the needs yur rganizatin. Once a template is apprved, FerryWEB Supprt can begin incrprating the Cntent Management System and getting it ready fr initial design and cntent setup. The preliminary design cncept fr the new website will include the basic layut, clr palette, fnt chices, etc. Life Health Care Limited will need t prvide the basic website cntent prir t initial design beginning. We have fund that cntent can be the biggest radblck in finishing a website in the time prjected, which is why we require the initial cpy prir t starting. Generally clients will gather existing materials (pamphlets, frms, papers, phtgraphs) and ready them fr the site. The cntent is then parsed ut int individual web pages and assembled in a hierarchy which is easy t understand and t navigate. Site cntent is added t pages which have a cnsistent theme and lk in terms f headers, fters and custm accent graphics, like buttns, bullets and mre. FerryWEB Supprt retains the right t display graphics and ther web cntent elements as examples f their wrk in their prtfli and as cntent features in ther prjects. FerryWEB Supprt als retains the right t place their Brand and link at the bttm f the website page(s). The agreement cntained in this cntract cnstitutes the sle agreement between Life Health Care Limited and FerryWEB Supprt regarding all items included in this agreement.
