1 Weight Watchers Passport to Success OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Weight Watchers Passport to Success Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes ) begins 8/19/07 and ends 11/24/07 ( Sweepstakes Period ). Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Weight Watchers International, Inc. ( Sponsor ), its affiliates, suppliers, agencies, and employees thereof, as well as the immediate family members of, and individuals residing in the same household as such persons, are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. How to Enter: 1. Obtain a Weight Watchers Passport to Success ( Passport ) at participating Weight Watchers locations only. Passports are available from 8/19/07 through 9/29/07 or while supplies last. (Alternatively, you may use a 3x5 card rather than a Passport, as described below.) Fill in the information on the Passport completely with your name, address and phone number. With attendance at your weekly Weight Watchers meeting you will receive one (1) Weight Watchers Passport to Success Game Card ( Game Card ). Game Cards will be available at Weight Watchers meetings until 11/10/07 or while supplies last. Each Game Card will contain a peel n stick Success Sticker that should be affixed to one of the six (6) spots on the Passport. Complete all six (6) of the spaces with six (6) Success Stickers. Do not attach the whole Game Card to the Passport, only the Success Stickers. Bring (i) your completed Passport with the six (6) adhered Success Stickers or (ii) a 3 x 5 card with six (6) adhered Success Stickers, your name, address, phone number and the words Passport to Success Sweepstakes, to any participating Weight Watchers location and submit it to your leader. Alternatively, mail your completed Passport or 3 x 5 card with six (6) adhered Success Stickers to: Weight Watchers Passport to Success Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1899 Maryland Heights, MO Each mail-in entry must be submitted in a separate hand-addressed envelope. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect or postage due entries and such entries will be void. No photocopies, mechanical reproductions or mass entries will be accepted. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. All entries submitted at

2 Weight Watchers locations must be submitted by 11/24/07. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 11/24/07 and received by 12/01/07. Your entry will be subject to verification and confirmation of eligibility. Incomplete entries are ineligible. 2. The Game Card may also contain an instant reward or instant win prize that is under the scratch off area and can be revealed by scratching the area gently with the edge of a coin. 3. HOW TO OBTAIN GAME CARDS WITHOUT PURCHASE: To obtain one (1) Weight Watchers Passport to Success Game Card (per request) without purchase, send a self-addressed stamped envelope into: Weight Watchers Passport to Success Game Card Request, P.O. Box 1325, Maryland Heights, MO Game Cards will be available while supplies last. Mail-in requests for Game Cards must be postmarked by 11/10/07 and received by 11/16/07. Limit one (1) request per envelope; one (1) Game Card per valid request. Passports cannot be requested via the mail. In order to enter into the Grand Prize drawing, six (6) Game Cards need to be acquired. After the collection of six (6) Success Stickers, entries may be (i) handed in at participating Weight Watchers locations or (ii) sent in on a Passport or a 3 x 5 card with the six (6) adhered Success Stickers, your name, address, phone number and the words Passport to Success Sweepstakes. 4. If your instant reward is a Weight Watchers product coupon or a discount at a retailer, redeem your prize at the participating retailer(s) stated on the Game Card. If you receive an instant win prize that states WINNER! You have won a Weight Watchers scrapbooking kit or WINNER! You have won a $10 gift card, mail in your original instant win Game Card with a 3 x 5 card with your name, address, number and the words Weight Watchers Passport to Success Instant Win by certified mail return receipt requested or overnight courier to: Weight Watchers Passport to Success Prize Claim, PO Box 1925, Maryland Heights, MO Instant win prize claims must be postmarked by 11/24/07 and received by 12/01/07. Prizes: Grand Prize (1): A trip to anywhere in the world, not to exceed a total value of $15,000 and a $250 gift card to J.Jill valid until 12/31/08. If winner s travel companion is a minor, the winner must be the minor s parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize is redeemable for cash by Grand Prize Winner, but is

Odds of receiving: 1:16 Selection of Grand Prize Winner: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 12/08/07 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by mail on or about 12/15/07. Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, publicity and liability release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Grand Prize Winner s traveling companion(s), if applicable, will be required to sign and return a liability release before tickets will be issued. In the event of non-compliance with each of these requirements, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notice that results from error of any kind will be void. Miscellaneous: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, winners release Weight Watchers International, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their directors, employees, officers and agents, including, without limitation, its advertising and promotional agents, from any and all liability, including without limitations property damage, personal injury and/or death, claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy, arising out of, in whole or in part, the participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes or participation in any prize-related activities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the

5 preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, the entrant agrees that, by entering the Sweepstakes, (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney s fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses. Game Cards that contain printing errors, are tampered with, illegible, photocopied, altered, forged, tampered with in anyway, or which contain any printing, mechanically typographical or other errors, distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained through legitimate channels will be deemed null and void and will not be accepted for redemption. Liability for any irregular Game Cards will be limited to replacement with another Game Card, if available. In no event will more prizes be awarded than the estimated maximum prize payout per these Official Rules. If through printing or production or other errors, or for any other reason, more prize claims are received than the estimated maximum prize payout per these Official Rules, winners at each prize level will be determined in a random drawing from among all submitted eligible and verified winning prize claims received at that prize level. All materials submitted to Sponsor as part of this Sweepstakes become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes winners consent to use of his/her name, likeness, prize information, hometown and biographical data for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or any other damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. If Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine the Grand Prize Winner from all eligible entries
