1 Snap Spectacles Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes) Terms and Conditions 1. SPONSORS AND DEFINITIONS The Sponsor is Canadian Web Hosting Inc. The Sweepstakes Period is the period that begins at 12:00:01am PDT on June 26th, 2017 and concludes at 11:59:59 pm PDT on August 1st, The Sweepstakes closing time is the time at which the Sweepstakes concludes. 2. HOW TO ENTER The Snap Spectacles Sweepstakes commences at 12:00:01am PDT on June 26th, 2017 and concludes at 11:59:59 pm PDT on August 1st, 2017 ( the Sweepstakes period ). Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. No purchase required. To enter the Sweepstakes, go online to: and follow the online instructions to register for a free account. Complete the Sweepstakes entry form in full providing your first name, last name, , phone number, and if applicable your company name and position, domain name, web address, and business address. 1

2 You must confirm that you have read and agreed to the Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and submit your entry online. 3. ELIGIBILITY The Sweepstake is only open to legal residents of Canada except the province of Quebec who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence on or before the Sweepstake closing time. The Sweepstake is not available to existing customers of Canadian Web Hosting Inc. or customers who have hosting plan as of June 25th, Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the "Promotion Entities"), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Canadian, provincial, municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. An entrant must meet the eligibility requirements of the Sweepstake set out in the Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions from the time of entry until the time he/she is confirmed as the winner. The sponsor reserves the right to require proof of eligibility, which proof shall be in the form required by the sponsor. 2

3 4. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING There are 2 (two) prizes available to be won at the Sweepstakes. Limit of one prize per eligible entrant. Each of the two winners will receive one pair of Snap Spectacles for Snapchat glasses. Approximate retail value of each prize is $129 USD. Approximate odds of winning the prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes closing time. All taxes and other costs not expressly covered by the sponsor are the responsibility of the individual winner. 5. HOW THE PRIZES ARE AWARDED Random draws ( the Sweepstakes draws ) to award the prizes, subject to these Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions (including without limitation the prize claim and skill testing question requirements set out below), will occur on August 9th, 2017 business hours from all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes closing time. The prize draws will be conducted by the Sponsor. If your entry is selected in the Sweepstakes draws as a potential winner of a prize, you will be notified by to confirm eligibility. Prior to be being declared a winner, a prize claim form will be ed to you for completion (see below for details regarding the prize claim form and the skill testing question requirements). If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the draw (including, where an is sent, if a response is not received within such 48 hour period) or if a selected entrant is ineligible or does not comply with the Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, the sponsor reserves the right to declare that such entrant has forfeited his/her opportunity to win a prize and to select an alternate entrant by random draw to win, subject to the Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. 3

4 The sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Skill Testing Question Prior to being declared a winner of a prize, a selected entrant must first correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question on the prize claim form provided in the time specified on the prize claim form, without assistance of another person and without any mechanical, electronic or other similar assistance such as a calculator or computer. Where a selected entrant provides an incorrect answer to the mathematical skill-testing question, the sponsor reserves the right to void the entry and select another eligible entrant for the prize. Prize Claim Form Prize claim forms will include a declaration of eligibility, publicity consent and release/waiver in the form required by the Sponsor. Completed and signed prize claim forms must be sent via to the address of the sponsor as provided on the prize claim form. The signed prize claim form must be received at the address indicated above no later than within 48 hours or the prize will be forfeited. Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by a selected entrant on the claim form. Please allow 7 days for delivery. 6. PRIVACY The Sponsor respects your privacy. Information provided by entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for the purposes of Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfillment, and will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Sponsor s privacy policy, available at: 4

GENERAL Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant s entries and that participant maybe disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Sponsor s computer is the sole determinant of receipt of an entry. For clarity, if an entry is received at the Sweepstakes closing time, it is considered to be received by the Sweepstakes closing time on the Sponsor s computer for purposes of these Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. All decisions in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes shall be made in the sole discretion of the Sponsor and all such decisions are final and binding on all entrants, subject to the laws of the province or territory where applicable. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt by the Sponsor. 5

Except the extent prohibited by applicable legislature, each entrant: a) releases the sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively Promotion Entities ) from and against any and all claims and liability (including costs and expenses related thereto) in any way relating to or arising in connection with the Sweepstakes and b) agrees not to make any claim against any of the Promotion Entities or any claim against any third party which may result in a claim against any of the released parties, in respect to any matter in any way relating to or arising in connection with the Sweepstakes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and except to the extent prohibited by applicable legislation, each entrant agrees that the Promotion Entities are not responsible for a) lost, stolen, late, damaged, destroyed, illegible, incomplete, improperly completed, misdirected or postage-due correspondence (including ) contest entries, prize claim forms as applicable; b) any failure or slowdown of the website or any failure or slowdown of any Sweepstakes programs or software supporting, connected to or related to the Sweepstakes; c) any problem, technical malfunction or slowdown of or relating to any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, equipment or software; d) any other difficulties of whatever nature in the conduct and administration of the Sweepstakes; and f) any injury or damage to an entrant or any other person or their computer or other property in any way relating to or arising in connection with participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any material related thereto. Subject to the laws of the province or territory, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, suspend and/or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, without notice. In the event of the Sweepstakes being cancelled, any remaining prizes still to be won will, in the Sponsor s sole discretion, be deemed expired and void and will be ineligible for Sweepstakes play and without limiting any other provisions of this Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Entities shall not have any further liability with respect thereto. 6
