The amended Price Schedule (4pgs) included in this Addendum #4 supersedes the prior versions. Please note that the discount mark-up section on pages two four of the Price Schedule have been split into two for clarification purposes. The estimated value of parts on the aforementioned sections have been updated accordingly. Please be advised that Addenda notification is sent via to the address each firm provided in the Bid Document Order Form. Bidders may obtain copies of all Addenda on the NYC Transit website at Reminder: Be sure to acknowledge this Addendum in the place provided in page 18 of the Bid document.
