2 ABOUT ORBA The Ontario Road Builders Association (ORBA) is the official voice for the road building contractors who build and maintain the majority of the provincial highway system, municipal roads, and bridges. For over 75 years, ORBA has been representing associate members who manufacture and supply products, equipment, and services to the road building industry, and now employs over 25,000 workers in Ontario. The association also represents over 85 Associate Members who manufacture, distribute, and/or supply products, equipment, and services to the road building industry.
