1 PÖTTINGER Infrmatin - Cnfiguratin Shrt Manual fr PÖTIC in Online- and Offline-Mde This material is intended fr the staff in the Distributin netwrk f PÖTTINGER Versin January 2016

2 General infrmatin: PÖTIC is the central tl fr all the emplyees f the PÖTTINGER dealers and cntains all functins that enable a successful qutatin and sales prcess. PÖTIC is available in: German, English, French, Italian, Nederland, Czech, Plish, Dansk and Finnish PÖTIC is as nline system in the PÖTTINGER PartnerPrtal as ffline system, which updates thrugh dwnlading r synchrnizing with the central system and frm spring in 2016 as APP fr IOS available. PÖTIC is prvided fr systems frm Windws Vista, 7.0 respectively 8.0, 8.1 and 10 and Internet Explrer frm IE 9.0 (the current is 11.0) and Firefx. The mst imprtant functins in PÖTIC: A series f features turn PÖTIC int a cmplete infrmatin platfrm fr the salesman. Alng with the creatin f a cmplete qutatin and the rder prcessing, the fllwing infrmatin and functins are available fr the salesman: - Machine Cnfiguratin - Creatin f a Shpping basket - Printing ptin fr Qutatin and Cntract - Ordering f Accessries supplied separately - Technical Details - Prduct images / vides - Prduct descriptin (TOP 5) - Dcuments (e.g. Operatr`s Manual) - Price sheet - Exprting f Price List Data Dcuments like Operatr s Manuals, Vides can be fund under Infrmatin.

3 Create a Qutatin: The creatin f a qutatin starts with the selectin f a machine thrugh Machine search r by clicking n the prducts. Selectin f Bestseller Machines. Bestseller machines are pre-cnfigured machines by PÖTTINGER. Only lse accessries can be changed and the delivery time is shrter. The cntinuing prcedure is the same as in the cnfiguratin. Thrugh individual cnfiguratin the Standard cnfiguratin pens In stck machines will be listed with the crrespnding status and can be ffered as bestsellers t the custmer. This part f PÖTIC is still in develpment

4 The cnfiguratin page is built as fllws: Fragmentatin f a machine in categries Sales text and technical details Prduct images Prduct descriptin (TOP 5) Cnfiguratin area Range f sums Amunt Sales cde, identifier and price (withut taxes) green i = Text and/r image t psitin red i = Hint delivery time n demand The machines can nly be cnfigured if it is pssible t build them. If yu select a psitin, which depends n ther parts f the machine, an additinal windw pens where yu have t cnfirm with OK r cancel.

5 Yu might ntice the symbl n the cnfiguratin page, which pens the technical details and the sales text. Within the functin Cmpare, the technical cmparisn frm max. 3 machines is pssible. In additin images and the TOP 5 (detailed prduct descriptin) can be pened. Once all the technical cnfiguratin f the categries/cmpnent grups is cmpleted the qutatin can be related t an end custmer. As a result the qutatin can be saved r additinal machines can be added. The custmer price can be calculated with the calculatin functins f PÖTIC. Mrever dealer accessries and Trade in machines can be added. Cnfiguratin details can be dwnladed in TXT r XML frmat n this page. We wuld like t pint ut the pssibility t create an cmpetitive, infrmative and wellstructured qutatin fr yur custmer.

6 Qutatin changes Each Cnfiguratin can be changed within a certain perid f time. All changes in the qutatin, which are already transferred t an rder will be tested regarding its feasibility (depending n the rder status). They are revised by PÖTTINGER. Cntract / Cntract changes The next step after qutatin is Create cntract. Order The salesman has the pssibility t rder the machine with the cnfiguratin as shwn in the Qutatin/Cntract r t add machines which are in stck. Order changes Changes f the desired shipping date, rder type and respectively f all changeable psitins can be made in the same way and will be sent t PÖTTINGER fr cnfirmatin. If changes t the cnfiguratin are required (and still pssible t be made), the cntract must first be pened s that the cnfiguratin can be changed. Subsequently, yu have t cntinue until the rder page pens, afterwards the rder with yur desired changes can be sent.

7 Shpping basket In the shpping basket different stck machines can be rdered at nce. The shpping basket prvides the fllwing functins: Add machines (als frm templates) Change the quantity per machine Add wn ntes Add Infrmatin fr PÖTTINGER Add Custmer rder number Select Desired delivery date Select Client and Cnsignee

8 Accessries supplied separately In the menu sectin Accessries supplied separately additinal parts f the current prduct prgram can be rdered. Alng with the knwn access by selecting the mdel series, yu can als search by entering the mdel name r number (e.g. 3001). After Cpy the rdered psitins are lcated n the right-hand side in the rder list
