What if my Fan of Anna s Club card was not scanned during my purchase? If your Fan of Anna s Club card was not scanned, your purchase can be added by logging into your online account and visiting the Add a Purchase page. What kind of communications should I expect? We look forward to sending you s and mailings that will include information of exciting store events as well as special offers. Please make sure you include your address in the enrollment form since this is how you will receive your birthday offer. Will my membership information be shared with other companies? No, Anna s Linens does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Do I earn points as a member of the Fan of Anna s Club? The Fan of Anna s Club is not a point s based program. As a member, you will receive many great benefits including: discounts, birthday rewards, exclusive shopping events, and much more! What if I need to make a return but cannot find my receipt? If you cannot locate your receipt, the store can locate your receipt if you provide your Fan of Anna s Club Card or the credit card used when making the purchase. In order to locate your receipt, you must have used your Fan of Anna s Club Card and/or a credit card at the time the purchase was made. The store will locate your receipt and issue the return. Can I view my purchase receipts online? You can view your receipts online by logging into your account. Once logged in, please visit the Account History page and click on View to view your purchase details. The taxes paid and your personal information will never be displayed on the online receipts.
