2 I - How to book the Amtrak Rail Pass? You will find the pass available just like any other products in Euronet by checking on the product tree or using the quick search option

3 You will select the validity of the pass together with the passenger type (either adult or child) Add/Modify Pax 1 / Loyalty Program It is a field for discounted programs, on RE4A markets only the ISIC Program is available. If client is not an ISIC Student card holder, then this field should be ignored. 2/ Apply when client is an ISIC Student card holder, then the ISIC Student card number must be entered and the sales agent must click on Apply

4 1/ Select Fares You will select the fare corresponding to your request according to the pax type (Adult & Child) and the number of segments 2/ Select a Fare You have to select the required product in order to have it assign to the corresponding passenger 3/ Assign You will have to fill-in the Passenger assignment screen before going any further (if not already done on another product), then you will assign a passenger to a product 4/ Pickup Date You must enter a pick-up date otherwise you will get an error message as follow:

5 /I\ f ticket is not physically picked-up in USA before that date, PNR will automatically be removed II - How to book an Amtrak PTP 1/ Make sure to select American cities: the city name must be followed by a coma and the State initials, ie: MA for Massachussets, WI for Wisconsin (otherwise it will be an European city & it will not work ) 2/ Then it is the same process as any European PTP

7 Process for selecting a fare remain unchanged but with Amtrak information Add to Summary screen

8 Individual Assignment Process: 1/ Add/Modify Pax You will have to fill-in the Passenger assignment screen before going any further (if not already done on another product) 2/ Select a Fare You have to select the required product in order to have it assign to the corresponding passenger 3/ Assign Assign a pax to a product Product Summary Screen

19 III Amtrak Booking finalization: TOD & Printing TOD Booking User must tick the TOD box before clicking on Next.

20 Then user can click on Finish to be done with the booking, a booking summary & invoice will be issued with all Amtrak PNR references. Tickets will be physically issued locally upon presentation of the PNRs at an Amtrak ticket window or at a Quick Trak automatic machine.
