1 Opening hours Bio-beurs January 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. 24 January 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Bio-beurs, the organic trade fair The Bio-beurs is the largest national trade fair for professionals in organic agriculture, food, cosmetics and technology. The trade show is an annual event that takes place in January in IJsselhallen in Zwolle. Since 2015, the Bio-beurs has been organised by Bionext and Libéma. More than 375 companies are represented and every year there are about 10,000 visitors. OVERVIEW OF STAND OPTIONS The Bio-beurs has been a great success for many years and can now count on several buildings for the trade fair to be held in. There are also special theme squares. You will find all participation options including the related prices in this document. This will make it easy for you to decide at which location you can reach your target group best for your brand or product. You will find the floor plan on the website that will give the current status of the trade fair floor. It will also show which places are still available. The standard stand sizes are 8m², 12m² and 18m². Other dimensions can be made available in consultation. Contact the organisation with regard to this. Bio-beurs (AA building and Dieze building).. Page 2 The Bio-beurs has been a successful and very bustling place for many years where professionals within and from outside the organic sector come for inspiration and to do business. You can book empty floor space, a fixed stand or a presentation in the AA and Dieze buildings. Entrepreneur Square (Dieze building +Meer building). Page 4 & 7 The Entrepreneur Square is the chance for starting entrepreneurs to be visibly present at this trade fair. We have set up a square with high tables linked to a suitable rate especially for this group of new entrepreneurs. There is an entrepreneur square at the general trade fair building and one at Pureness. Food Square (Dieze building). Page 4 The Food Square consists of a central demonstration kitchen, a large terrace with restaurant for visitors and space for both permanent stands and presentation tables. This varied set-up creates a sociable atmosphere that oozes dynamism at the Food Square. PURENESS: Beauty, Wellness & Health (Meer building). Page 5 Pureness was introduced in 2018 as a new part of the Bio-beurs: it is an event that is exclusively for certified organic beauty and lifestyle products. BioMechaTech: Innovative mechanisation & technology (IJssel building). Page 8 Are you still looking for new channels for your high-tech solutions? The BioMechaTech building is full of innovative machines and mechanisation technologies. Here, you will be put in contact with (potential) end users.

You can do this at the stand with new products that can be found immediately next to the entrance. This year in a completely new format! Bio-beurs (AA building and Dieze building) Note: Biohuis and BioNederland members benefit of additional discount per m². A discount does not apply with regard to tables. Floor space including stand construction (at least 8 m²) Walls (white): other colours possible for an additional fee. Friezes (white): other colours possible for an additional fee. Name specification on the frieze with up to 20 characters. More characters and a logo on the frieze are possible for an additional fee. 3 kw power connection and consumption. Suitable for laptop use and charging phones. Higher rate electrical connections and a night current supply are possible. Carpet. Choice from 4 standard colours: blue, red, anthracite or black. Presentation table A space measuring 3 by 2 metres. These places are marked in a salmon (pink) colour on the floor plan. Table measuring 200 by 90 cm that is closed on 3 sides. A wall measuring 2 by 1 metres and a wall measuring 1 by 1 metres on both sides. No rear wall and/or frieze. This/these cannot be installed. 3 kw power connection and consumption. Removal of the table and partitions of the stand.

Price of 325 excluding VAT. Optional: Bar stool at 27 Installing a roll-up banner or other statements nest to the table. Placing products, boxes, etc., next to or under the table. Luxury presentation table at the Food Square (Dieze building) Table measuring 200 by 80 cm that is closed on 3 sides. These places are marked as A to T on the floor plan. Table measuring 200 by 80 cm. A 1 metre high wall between two tables. 2 exhibitor passes valid for both days. You can print them yourself by using the code that you will receive in October. 10 Page 10 Stand construction and disassembly times Construction times Monday 21 January 2019 noon to midnight Tuesday 22 January a.m. to midnight Wednesday 23 January to 9 a.m. Note Participants who have ordered a complete unit (stand construction) can set up their stands on Tuesday 22 January from noon. Other construction times are only possible in consultation. Disassembly times Thursday 24 January p.m. to midnight Friday 24 January 2019 midnight to 11 a.m. Note Disassembly during night is possible. Participants who have ordered a complete unit (stand construction) can only disassemble it on Thursday 24 January until 9 p.m. at the latest. Later disassembly than the aforementioned times is not possible because of other events that will be constructed. Disassembly before the end of the trade fair is not allowed. Web shop You can order all types of facilities such as furniture, catering services, stand construction, green facilities, etc. through the web shop. You will receive information regarding this after booking.
