1 Frequently Asked Questions New Ticket Details What do I do with my current ticket book? All Season Ticket Holders will be receiving new tickets for the season. Please discard the original tickets you received in the fall. They are no longer valid. However, please keep the Season Ticket Holder Playbook that was sent along with the original tickets. The playbook includes vouchers for the Season Ticket Holder appreciation game, that will occur during the season, as well as the voucher for the Season Ticket Holder gift. All other current or future Flyers Dollar offers will also continue to be valid. Gift redemption dates to follow. Will I receive new tickets/parking passes? When will I receive them? All Season Ticket Holders will receive new tickets and parking passes for the season. New tickets and parking passes will be sent in two groups. Tickets Tickets for the first four home games will be ed as Print-at-Home tickets to the address that we have on file. You will receive a PDF file for each of the first four games in one from cswellsfargo@neweratickets.com. Please make sure to check your Spam or Junk Folder if the tickets do not appear in your inbox. You will also receive a confirmation from Flyers Customer Service shortly after the tickets have been sent. Tickets and parking passes for all remaining home games will be printed and mailed via USPS Priority Mail the week of January 28, Parking The parking passes for the first four games have already been sent via U.S. mail to the address on your season ticket account. 2 Payments I Chose To Earn Interest (Option 1) Where can I see the interest earned on my account? Beginning Sunday, January 13 th, you can view interest earned through your Online Account Manager by checking your order history by following the steps below: 4. If applicable, 2% simple interest was calculated using the following formula: {(Total Money Paid * 2%) / 365}* # of Days Earning Interest = Total Interest Earned. 3 Can I receive a refund if my account has a credit from the interest accrued? Any additional value on your Season Ticket account will automatically be applied to the next payment due on your account (i.e playoffs). To receive a check refund, a request must be sent in writing to flyersservice@comcast-spectacor.com. Please include your account number and account name. How can I view previous payments on my season tickets? Beginning Sunday, January 13 th, you can view the payment history of your account by signing into your online account at MyFlyersTickets.com and clicking on the View my Order History link under the Please use the following steps below to view your previous payments. 5 Ticket Technology When will I be able to list my tickets for sale on StubHub? Season Ticket Holders can post tickets for all games on StubHub upon receipt of the Print-At-Home tickets that will be issued for the first four home games. Please visit the Ticket Technology section of MyFlyersTickets.com for instructions on how to post tickets. When will I be able to electronically transfer my tickets? Season Ticket Holders can access their Online Account Manager upon receipt of the Print-At-Home Tickets for the first four games and electronically transfer tickets for all games. Online Ticket Transfer will be FREE until Tuesday, February 19, 2013 to assist you with forwarding tickets. Miscellaneous Can I relocate my seats since we are receiving new tickets? Relocations are handled at our Select-A-Seat event at the end of each season. If you are interested in learning more about the Select-A-Seat event please contact our Customer Service department at (215) 218-4FAN(4326). Will the Early Bird Benefit that I selected be honored for this season? Yes. If your benefit has not yet been fulfilled, we will be in touch with additional details shortly. Will I still receive the $50 Stored Value as a Full Season Ticket Holder? Yes, all full Season Ticket Holders will receive $50 in free Stored Value for the season. Stored Value can be redeemed at any concession stand or Team Store in the Wells Fargo Center. Stored Value can also be redeemed at Xfinity Live! Philadelphia.
