1 Top Tier ecom Introduction Thank you for purchasing my newest guide to ecom. This is going to be a short course as this method is very simple. However, it is extremely effective when done properly. Now, I am going to teach you how to do everything with the Shopify platform. Overview There are 5 basic steps to this method:

2 Find an in demand niche + product you can source for less than $3 including shipping Set the product up on your store for free, just pay shipping ($6.95) Create a simple slideshow video of the product to use for a video ad Run a Video Views FB ad at $5 per day Monetize the back end with immediate follow up That is basically all we are doing here. You are probably familiar with the free + shipping model. You can make good money with just that on the front end. Conversions are high and people love the concept of free, even if they have to pay shipping. If you source a product for less than $3 and charge $6.95 for shipping, then that is about a $4 profit for every item you sell. It doesn t seem like much, but this type of offer converts so high that those sales add up. You also get to build a buyer list, which is where the real money is. Another thing is you will find that a lot of people will not just buy the free offer, but they will also add more to their cart so

3 make sure you set up plenty of related items in your store as well. That is how I am able to take a small margin front end product and make a killing in passionate niches. Find A Niche + Item A huge benefit with free + shipping offers is that you can enter passionate niches with ease so finding a product that will do well is not that hard. The easiest and most successful niches to enter in my experience and through teaching others are anything that has to do with animals/pets. People are passionate about them and there are plenty of super cheap items you can source through aliexpress. With this case study, I am going to show you how I did this with a cat necklace. After you choose your niche, go to aliexpress and search for jewelry in that niche. I have successfully done this with: Necklaces Bracelets Earrings Rings

4 Jewelry sets After you search for your item, make sure you sort by price. Now, here is what you will look for in an item: Priced for less than $3 (including epacket shipping) Has epacket shipping (has tracking and relatively fast) Has over 100 sales (proven to convert) Supplier is trusted (at least diamond or crown icon) This is the cat necklace I found. I have the Oberlo Chrome extension so that is why I can automatically see what epacket shipping costs. As you can see, the item is priced at

5 less than $3 including epacket. It already has over 100 orders. Also, the supplier has 4 diamond icons indicating they have sold thousands of items already. Setting Up The Product Now we will set the product up so that it will appear as free to a potential customer, but they will end up paying $6.95 for shipping. 6 Now notice that I made it clear that the customer has to pay shipping. Do not be misleading as that can get you in trouble. Also, notice that I put the weight as 0.02 pounds.

7 With that being said, here is how you should setup your shipping settings inside your store. Creating Video Ad I have included the exact video ad I have used with this strategy on the download page to this course. Now, I personally use Adobe After Effects to create my videos. It can be quite expensive so if you are not familiar with video editing, Animoto is a good cheap video editing platform you can use. These videos are only seconds and simply show a picture, or multiple pictures of the product, along with a call to action. Here s the basic sequence to all my videos

10 That is all it takes to make an effective, standout video ad that will take advantage of FB s reach. Running A Video Views Ad Now, this is just like running a regular post ad. The only difference is that it is a video. So just go to your fan page and upload the video as you would for a picture. Here is how I set my post up

11 Now, go to the power editor and set up an ad as usual except this time choose the Video Views objective. Here is the targeting I used for this campaign at $10 per day (you can start with $5):

The first thing you want to do once you get a good campaign going is make a collection in your Shopify store of at least 4 related items. I like to add 4 more free + shipping items as that is the type of proven buyer they are. I

14 also add in a collection of items priced $9.99 to $19.99 in the niche to increase the customer lifetime value in the 2 nd and third s. Immediately after their purchase, you want to send them an thanking them for purchasing and also showing them your other offers. I personally use Klaviyo but you can also use any other app that is integrated with Shopify.
