This guide contains information pertaining to your Membership, as well as Game Day amenities, policies and other details we hope are helpful to you this season. Fourth Street Milwaukee, WI Online at: GETTING TO THE ARENA BMO HARRIS BRADLEY CENTER MILWAUKEE COUNTY TRANSIT : Fans can travel to the BMO Harris Bradley Center from all over southeastern Wisconsin using Milwaukee County Transit local bus routes. Visit for routes or call (414) ROAD CONSTRUCTION : Stay up-to-date on the latest road work and conditions at GAME DAY PARKING : See Bucks.com for a parking map showing all Game Day parking options. WILL CALL/BOX OFFICE : Bucks Will Call is located outside the Northwestern Mutual Gate (southeast arena entrance) at the corner of 4th St. and State St. Guests who are receiving tickets left by Bucks or visiting team representatives, including your Bucks Service Executive, should pick up tickets here. Will Call opens 2 hours prior to game time. Online Ticketmaster orders must be picked up at the BMO Harris Bradley Center Will Call, located just inside the Potawatomi Gate (northeast arena entrance) at corner of the arena at 4th and Highland St.) Single game tickets may only be purchased at the BMO Harris Bradley Center Will Call, located just inside the Potawatomi Gate. ENTRY : BMO Harris Bradley Center doors at all gates generally open 90 minutes prior to game time. Gate times are subject to change for individual games, please check with your Bucks Service Team for any gate access questions. MINIMUM AGE TICKET REQUIREMENT : Young fans under the age of 2 do not require a ticket for entry. Please contact the Milwaukee Bucks Ticket Office at (414) with questions.

5 GETTING TO THE ARENA BUILDING RE-ENTRY/SMOKING AREAS : Re-entry is permitted for smoking only, and guests must obtain a hand stamp from a BMO Harris Bradley Center guest services representative for re-admittance. Smoking areas are located outside of the Northwestern Mutual (southeast corner) and Kohl s (northwest corner) gates. SECURITY : The NBA requires security screening of every fan upon entry to every Bucks home game. The policy assures a safe and friendly experience at all games for all of our guests. We appreciate your compliance and cooperation. Your early arrival at games will prevent any excessive waiting or long lines. We also suggest that any unnecessary items be left in your locked vehicle if possible, and that any bags or purses be opened and ready for inspection when you reach the screener position. Keys and metallic objects should be held in hand upon arrival. Thank you, as always, for your continued support and cooperation with the BMO Harris Bradley Center and Bucks staff to ensure that we comply with NBA policy. PROHIBITED ITEMS : BMO Harris Bradley Center prohibits carry-in of the following items to Milwaukee Bucks home games: All video and professional photography, including professional cameras (cameras with a detachable lens or lens that extends further than 3 inches), are strictly prohibited without authorization in advance of the event. Coolers Weapons Signs larger than 2x3 feet Oversized bags Suitcases and backpacks Laser pointers Food and/or drinks Strollers Pets/animals NOTE: Service Animals that qualify under the ADA guidelines are permitted in the arena, but must remain on a leash or harness at all times. 6 AT THE GAME GUEST SERVICES : During all Bucks home games, the BMO Harris Bradley Center Guest Services kiosk is in the operation outside of Section 200 to assist you. DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM : In cooperation with the BMO Harris Bradley Center and MillerCoors, the Bucks are proud to offer a designated driver program to prevent guests from drinking and driving. Drivers may register at the Guest Services kiosk located on the 200-level concourse outside Section 200. Eligible designated drivers must be 21 years of age, have an active event ticket, and a valid driver s license. FIRST AID/EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE : The First Aid Station is located outside Section 220 and staffed with certified emergency medical personnel. If an emergency occurs in or near your seats, call for assistance from one of the BMO Harris Bradley Center guest services representatives. BABY CHANGING STATIONS : A family restroom is located in the First Aid Station outside Section 220. Report Fan Conduct: If you witness fan behavior violating our Fan Code of Conduct (p. 6), or otherwise disruptive to you or your guests, find a Bucks or BMO Harris guest services representative, or submit an inquiry via the Bucks Mobile app (Fan Assistance Program). LOST AND FOUND : BMO Harris Bradley Center Lost and Found is located at the Reception Desk in the BMO Harris Bradley Center Administrative Offices. Hours: Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm. MERCHANDISE : Milwaukee Bucks merchandise is available for purchase on Game Day at several Milwaukee Bucks Pro Shop locations on Game Day in the BMO Harris Bradley Center: outside sections 200, 214, 400, 422. ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE DISABLED : Please visit the BMO Harris Bradley Center website (bmoharrisbradleycenter.com) for complete details on special accommodations, including: Parking for guests with mobility limitations may be found in the BMO Harris Bradley Center parking structure at Sixth Street and Highland Avenue. These spaces are located on the first and third levels. Doors may be operated by electronic touch pads. For vehicles showing disabled license plates or stickers, parking is available north of the Potawatomi Gate (access via Fourth St.) Wheelchair transport service to and from entrances to a guest s seat is available. Please call ahead to the BMO Harris Bradley Center Reception Desk at (414) or request a BMO Harris guest services representative upon arrival. Elevators for guests with mobility limitations are located in both the Inner East and Inner West lobbies. Please consult a BMO Harris Bradley Center guest services representative for assistance. Service Animals that qualify under the ADA guidelines are permitted in the arena, but must remain on a leash or harness at all times.

7 For the hearing and visually impaired, each Bucks home game is available on FM via personal FM radio or AM/FM radio checked out form the BMO Harris Bradley Center Administration Office, located just inside the Potawatomi Gate (northeast arena entrance). FAN CODE OF CONDUCT : The National Basketball Association, the Milwaukee Bucks, and the BMO Harris Bradley Center are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience. NBA fans have a right to expect an environment where : Players will respect and appreciate every fan. Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all arena and team personnel. Guests will enjoy the basketball experience free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures. Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested. Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court will be immediately ejected from the arena. Guests will smoke in designated smoking areas only. Obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing will not be permitted. Guests will comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures. The arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard or guest services staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection, without refund, and revocation of their MVP membership. They may also be in violation of local ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. The NBA, Milwaukee Bucks and the BMO Harris Bradley Center thank you for adhering to the provisions of the NBA Fan Code of Conduct.

8 TICKETING POLICIES ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT : The Bucks MVP member of record is the account holder as shown in our records and on your MVP Invoice. For your protection, we will accept payments, exchange, transfer and additional game ticket requests only from the member of record, their spouse or legal representative, or share partner verified by Bucks and MVP member. REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES : The Milwaukee Bucks do not issue refunds or exchanges for single game ticket purchases. Full Season MVP members may exchange future games for eligible dates as outlined in their membership plan. Contact your Bucks Service Executive at (414) for more information. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS : Bucks MVPs can reprint tickets or access mobile ticketing through MyBucks Online Account Manager (see p. 12). If you lose your MVP Membership Ticket Card, please contact your Bucks Account Service Executive. Single game buyers can contact the Bucks Ticket Office at (414) to verify purchase of lost or stolen tickets. REVOCATION OF TICKETS : Bucks tickets are revocable licenses. The Bucks reserve the right to revoke the license granted, in its discretion, by refunding the purchase price. Failure to adhere to ticket purchase payment terms, arena rules or the Bucks Fan Code of Conduct (p. 6) shall entitle the Bucks, in their sole discretion, to cancel your purchased tickets and/or reject your submission of any future orders. PLAYOFF TICKETS : MVP ticket plans include playoff priority, giving MVPs the opportunity to purchase tickets to all home playoff games prior to the general public. Single game playoff ticket sale times and details are announced closer to the start of the NBA playoffs.

9 MVP BENEFITS All Bucks MVPs receive exclusive perks and benefits. From the personalized service provide by our dedicated, award-winning Service Team to exclusive team access, Bucks MVPs enjoy some of the best benefits in sports! MVP benefits vary depending on seat location and plan type. One credit is good for one additional or upgraded seat in most areas of the building (all locations are subjects to availability). To redeem, simply place a request through your Bucks Service Executive. Upgrades can also be fulfilled on Game Nights onsite in the Bucks Ticket Office. Ticket credit eligible games are listed on the schedule grid (p. 1) and online at Bucks.com/MVP. Arena credits can be used to purchase concessions and merchandise at the BMO Harris Bradley Center on Bucks Game Day. PLEASE NOTE: Arena credit is pre-loaded on the MVP Membership Card with the lowest seat location by section and/or seat number if necessary. For example: if you own Section 210, Row E, Seats 1-4, your arena credit is on the MVP Membership Card for Section 210, Row E, Seat 1. If you own seats in multiple locations, the lowest value rule still applies. For example, if you own Section 210, Row E, Seats 1-4 AND Section 105, Row H, Seats 5-8; your arena credit is on the MVP Membership Card for Section 105, Row H, Seat 5. You may check the balance of arena credit remaining on your Membership Card at: Bucks.com/ arenacredit. ARENA CREDIT EXPIRES AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE POST SEASON. Future game exchange allows you to trade tickets you cannot use for a future game in exchange for tickets to another eligible future game. All exchange requests must be submitted to your Bucks Service Executive no less than 24 hours in advance of the game you wish to trade back. Exchange eligible games are listed on the schedule grid (p. 1) and online at Bucks.com/MVP.

10 MVP BENEFITS MVP Loyalty Rewards are the additional benefits you receive as a Bucks MVP Full Season member for your years of support. Check on your tenure with your Bucks Service Executive to find out what extras you receive. 12 USING YOUR MVP MEMBERSHIP CARD ACCESSING THE BMO HARRIS BRADLEY CENTER The barcode on your MVP Membership Card is your key to all games in your plan. Please note that ONLY the games in your plan are pre-loaded onto the card. If you purchase or use ticket credits to obtain additional, upgraded or exchange tickets, these tickets will NOT be on your MVP Membership Card. Also, any tickets that are Electronically Transferred or Printed will no longer be on your MVP Membership Card. For access to the BMO Harris Bradley Center on Game Day, Bucks MVPs may present one of these two ticket types: PAPER TICKET PRINTED FROM MYBUCKS ONLINE ACOUNT MANAGER

14 USING MYBUCKS ACCOUNT MANAGER You can manage your tickets at the click of a mouse through MyBucks Online Account Manager. If you are not able to make a game, need to print a ticket or to send tickets to another party joining you at the game, use Account Manager to : Print tickets Donate tickets Transfer tickets Resell tickets To manage tickets, simply sign in to Account Manager using your Membership ID and password. Call your Bucks Service Executive if you need this information.

15 USING MYBUCKS ACCOUNT MANAGER Once signed-in, you can choose to perform any of the functions displayed in the screen image below. Simply click Manage My Tickets. Use the calendar tool to access the games in your ticket plan. Your Bucks Service Executive is available at any time to answer any questions or assist with your Account Manager use. PLEASE NOTE : Printing or transferring tickets for a game via MyBucks Online Account Manager VOIDS access to this game from your MVP Membership Card.

16 ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT : BUCKS APP Logging in to your account has never been easier, and you can pull up tickets on the go with through the official Bucks App. Follow these simple steps: 1). Download the Official Bucks Mobile App, which is available on the App Store for iphone or the Play Store for any Android device. 2). From the top left hand drop-down menu, select Tickets and Upgrades 3). Within this menu, select MyBucks Account Login. You can also explore the Tickets menu to find seat upgrades, group experiences, and more information on your MVP Membership. 4). Sign-in to manage your tickets!! 1 2 3

17 USING YOUR OFFICIAL BUCKS APP ACCESSING THE BMO HARRIS BRADLEY CENTER On Game Day, you can use your smart phone and the Official Bucks App to enter the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Once logged into your MyBucks Account : 1.) Under My Upcoming Events, select your game. 2.) From the Select An Action drop-down menu, choose View Your Tickets. 3.) Select your tickets, then scroll down and tap View Your Tickets. 4.) Present your smart phone a BMO Harris Bradley Center guest services representative and have the barcode scanned. If you have guests and have placed multiple tickets on your smart phone, simply swipe to navigate between them. 5) After the barcodes are scanned, you will receive a seat locator stub for each scanned ticket to help you and arena staff locate your seats.

18 MEMBERSHIP CARDS FAQS WHAT IF I WANT TO GIVE TICKETS TO SOMEONE TO USE? Your MVP Membership Cards function just like regular tickets. The only difference is that they are valid for all Bucks regular season home games. If you would like to transfer your seat to someone, you can do so electronically by logging in to your MyBucks Online Account Manager. The recipient will be able to print the electronic ticket from any standard printer (or access using Mobile Ticketing) and the barcode on your MVP Membership Card for that seat and game will be voided. See the Using MyBucks Account Manager section of this guide for the information about transferring tickets. SO IF I TRANSFER OR RE-PRINT MY TICKETS ONLINE, MY CARD WON T WORK FOR THOSE TICKETS? Any time you transfer or print your tickets through your MyBucks Account Manager, the newly transferred or printed tickets become the valid barcode and your MVP Membership card is voided for that particular game. If you print your game tickets from your account, please be sure to bring the physically printed tickets for scanned entry. HOW DOES THE RECIPIENT ACCEPT THE TICKET TRANSFER? Once you transfer tickets through your online account manager, the recipient will receive an indicating that you have electronically offered them these seats. They will then NEED to create their own MyBucks account (if they do not already have one) with the associated address. This must be the address that was used when you completed the transfer. For example, if you transfer tickets to Joe at joe@bucksfan. com, Joe must either log-in with that address (if he already has a MyBucks account with that address), or create a new account using this address. This is done as a security measure to ensure your tickets are being delivered into the right hands. Once this person formally accepts the ticket transfer and they are uploaded into their account, you will receive a confirmation (and will no longer be able to manage these seats for that game). WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY CARD OF IT GETS STOLEN? If you lose one of your MVP Membership Cards, please contact your Service Executive immediately. The barcode associated with that card will be disabled and will no longer work for entry into games at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Alternative arrangements will be made with you to replace your lost card(s). WHAT IF ONE OF MY GUESTS IS ARRIVING SEPARATELY? Your guests will require their own ticket to enter the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Prior to coming to the game, you can transfer your seats to them electronically by using your MyBucks Online Account Manager. WHAT IF I FORGET MY MVP MEMBERSHIP CARD? If you have access to a computer and printer prior to heading to the game, you can print your tickets for that game by using your MyBucks Online Account Manager. If you cannot print your ticket, but have a smart phone, you can access a Mobile version of your ticket to enter the arena through your MyBucks Online Account Manager. (see p. 15) You can also visit the Bucks Will Call window at the Northwestern Mutual Gate (located at the southeast corner of the building). Please be prepared to provide a form of photo ID and verify security information in order to have your tickets for that game re-printed.

19 I USE MY TICKETS FOR BUSINESS CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEE INCENTIVES. HOW WILL I GIVE THEM MY TICKETS? Getting tickets to clients or employees is simple with MyBucks Online Account Manager. If you would like to forward your seats to someone else to print them, simply log on to your MyBucks Online Account Manager and follow the detailed steps in this guide to complete the process. The recipient will be able to print the electronic ticket from any standard printer and the barcode on your MVP Membership Card for that game will be voided. I SPLIT MY TICKETS WITH SOMEONE ELSE. HOW DOES IT WORK WITH ONLY ONE CARD PER SEAT? MVP Membership Cards will be provided to primary account holders. It is up to each individual account holder and their shareholders to determine how the card(s) are issued amongst the group. WHAT IF I WANT TO SELL MY TICKET? You can list your tickets for sale through the official resale marketplace of the Milwaukee Bucks, accessible through your MyBucks Online Account Manager on NBATickets.com. Please note that you will need to create an account on that site as well and determine your preferred method of payment receipt. If your tickets are sold, they will be electronically transferred to the new buyer. Note a 10% commission is collected for each sale which is deducted prior to sending you your payment. Keep this in mind when deciding on the price. In addition, we recommend looking at the sale price of other comparable listings to give you an idea of the market value of your tickets. IF I HAVE ARENA CREDIT IN MY PACKAGE, WILL IT BE ON MY MVP MEMBERSHIP CARD? If you are eligible to receive arena credit for the Bucks Season, all of the credit will be loaded on the MVP Membership Card with the lowest possible seat location by section and/or seat number if necessary. For example: If you own Section 210, Row E, Seats 1-4; your arena credit is on the MVP Membership Card for Section 210, Row E, Seat 1. Multiple Seat Block Location: If you own Section 210, Row E, Seat 1-4 AND Section 105, Row H, Seats 5-8; your arena credit is on the MVP Membership Card for Section 2015, Row H, Seat 5. IF I HAVE ARENA CREDIT IN MY PACKAGE, HOW DO I REDEEM IT? Simply present your Card at concession and merchandise stand throughout the BMO Harris Bradley Center and we ll take care of the rest! You can check your arena credit balance at Bucks.com/arenacredit. As a reminder, the arena credit is loaded on the card of your lowest seat number.
