2 CityNet is the future of modern parking Services in parking are getting more and more advanced. Operators are looking for new solutions to fulfill customer needs in tough on-street parking environments. Hectronic s answer to this fast growing demand is the CityNet service bundle. All modules are interlinked to guarantee a smooth integration into the operator s infrastructure. Secure cloud based WEB services enables users to work independently and give unstinted support. Following modules are available: CityCard+ Gives customers the flexibility to pay by pre-paid contactless cards. Mobile App Extends service quality giving car drivers an app to easy start and extend parking. PSP (payment service provider) Supports operators to manage challenges in card payment technology. Dynamic Discount Provides special discounts for registered users (residents, employees and many other individuals). Real Time Parking Cuts down the parking fee to the real used parking time. Depending on market needs, more modules will be added to CityNet.

3 Dynamic Discount Module Dynamic discount for inhabitants, employees, recurring customers and other type of individuals Wide range of service The dynamic discount module is part of Hectronic s CityNet service family. Providing specific benefits in parking may occur in different customer situations; Discounts for residents/students/ employees, reduced prices for event visitors, subscriptions for recurring park&ride travelers and many more. Customers can be identified either by presenting a personalized card or entering the car number plate. A specific discount is expressed in percentage and can be assigned to one or more parking areas. A beneficiary has to be registered with his card/car number plate in the CityNet back-office system. Discounts may be limited Easy configuration in WEB based back-office With a state of the art user interface parking operators are well supported to manage dynamic discount configuration quickly and easy. User administration and reporting functions are equally available. 4 Mobile App Simplifying parking Beeline between parking spot and destination Car drivers do not search for pay&display machines anymore. They just get off the car and head for their final destination. Parking time can be bought on the way with a view clicks on the mobile app. An alarm informs about possible expiration to get them a chance to extend parking time from distance. Provisioning operator needs The graphical layout of the mobile app is adapted to the expectations of the parking operator. It is the operator s choice to even integrate the functionality into another app (for example city app). Multiple parking areas with different tariffs can easily be managed in the system and made available to the users. Intuitive to use Main principle of the app is to start parking with either the car number plate or the bay number. Users just have to enter the data accordingly and select parking time. Once confirmed, credit card data has to be filled to complete the payment. No further user registration is required to guarantee optimal user acceptance. Secure payments The card data entered is not accessible to anyone but remembered when the car driver comes for parking again. A secure ecommerce portal is integrated into the app to always guarantee satisfied customers. Most commonly used cards, such as MasterCard/Maestro, VISA/Vpay, American Express, etc. are supported. On demand, data may also be passed to third-party systems, such as enforcement, ERP systems and others. Availability on smartphones This app is available for Android and ios and can be downloaded from the respective app store.

5 PSP services Payment Service Provider module Service Content Setting up the card payment terminal and communication network is one of the main tasks. Once done, daily operation must be guaranteed. Payment transactions are transported to the authorization system and the authorization result must be interpreted. Online access to the PSP service can be granted to the operator to facilitate first level support. Also access to versatile reporting functions helps to keep full control of the business. Commissioning Hectronic to maintain card payment infrastructure Accepting card payments is nowadays a must in many public parking situations. A high security demand from PCI (Payment Card Industry) leads to complex payment solutions and network infrastructure. The PSP service helps operators to focus on their core business as the maintenance of all technical aspects of card payments is delegated to Hectronic. Integrated online exchange of data between CityLine and other CityNet modules is available on highly secure WEB services. Payment transaction data may also be exported and used in ERP systems. Cards supported Most commonly used cards, such as MasterCard/Maestro, VISA/V-pay, American Express, etc. are supported by the PSP service. Also City- Cards with local epurse functionality can be added to the service. The PSP service respects the actual PCI rules and the future need on new payment technologies. Contactless card payment is fully supported. Regional availability This service targets European countries where there is no necessity to support local debit cards.

6 Real Time Parking Paying for real used parking time Stay ahead with ambitious customers The changes in parking fees lead to increasing demand to pay only for the parking time used. Customers check IN on arrival and check OUT when they leave again. Secure card payments A credit card is presented at the time of check IN to guarantee the payment. The same card has to be presented at the time of check OUT again. Effective parking time and parking fee is calculated and the amount collected from the card account. Most commonly used cards, such as MasterCard/Maestro, VISA/V-pay, American Express, etc. are supported. Integrated online exchange of data between CityLine and other CityNet modules is done on highly secure WEB services. On demand, data may also be passed to third-party systems, such as enforcement, ERP systems and others. WEB based back-office With a state of the art user interface parking operators are well supported to manage settings as Automatic check OUT procedure (in case the customer forgets to check OUT) Immediate check OUT procedure (in case the customer has a problem on-site and calls the hot-line) Grouping of Citeas (check IN and OUT at any Citea in the same group) Registration at the Citea by car number plate or unique identifier (printed on ticket) Hot-line functions to manage daily business with customers as well as user administration and reporting functions are available. The touch and feel of the WEB interface are adapted to customer needs. Alternative cash payment Different customer types and preferences are respected. Paying cash in advance is still possible.
