1 Marketo Campaign Manager SWEU (depending on qualification and experience) Full time, Permanent Barcelona (Spain) SAE is part of the Navitas Group, which is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, language training, workforce education and student recruitment. The Marketo Campaign Manager will assume responsibility to execute tactical aspects of demand and lead generation activities, lead nurturing, lead scoring, automated communications and conversion programs and marketing campaigns in multiple languages. The position will collaborate with key stakeholders to design and execute automated marketing programs. This role will report to the Regional Marketing & Sales Managers, and will work closely with local marketing coordinators. Essential Criteria Fluency in English language 2+ years lead generation / field marketing Marketo Certified Expert Certification Minimum 2 years of Marketo Experience 2+ years of experience managing Marketo campaigns and program implementation Salesforce User Experience, including a good understanding of Salesforce reporting or other similar reporting tools Strong Database Skills, experience of data mining, analysis & segmentation Can demonstrate to have a confident grasp of technology as it applies to Sales & Marketing Experience in managing multi-lingual campaigns Strong background in digital / online marketing Advanced Excel skills i.e. pivot tables, data analysis, basic formulas Experience in the use of HTML & CSS Desirable Criteria Experience in the Education Sector Good understanding of Lead Lifecycles and how to target accordingly Experience interpreting data analysis into meaningful conclusions Experience managing CMS. Drupal highly will be highly considered. 3 Position Description Title: Marketo Campaign Manager, SAE South West Europe Business Division: Responsible to: Marketing Regional Marketing Manager & Sales Manager 1. Organisation Background: Navitas Limited, of which SAE is a division, was founded in 1994 and is a leading global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, English language training and settlement services, creative media education, workforce education and student recruitment. Navitas operates across three Divisions, University Programs, Professional and English Programs and SAE. SAE which was acquired by Navitas Limited in 2011 is the world s leading educator in creative media industries. Established in 1976, it now spans the globe with 53 campuses in 27 countries. SAE provides education services to over 10,000 students and employs approximately 1500 staff. 2. Overview and Objectives of the Position: The Marketo Campaign Manager will assume responsibility to execute tactical aspects of demand and lead generation activities, lead nurturing, lead scoring, automated communications and conversion programs and marketing campaigns in multiple languages. Execute multi-wave/multi-channel closed-loop programs for each stage of the customer journey ii. Creates s, landing pages, forms, nurturing programs and reports in the marketing automation tool iii. Website back-end landing pages and success pages. iv. Marketo Admin Functions: Internal operational programs, System Set-Up. v. Perform A/B testing on campaigns and programs vi. Manages programs, timelines, and provides regular updates to key stakeholders and team members vii. Perform regular audits and maintain integrity of lead scoring process viii. Oversee database maintenance, managing data uploads and ensuring data cleanliness and integrity ix. Collaborate with regional marketing managers for appropriate content delivery based on customer journey x. Collaborate with recruitment team on integration of Marketo with CRM (SalesForce) xi. Collaborate with regional marketing managers to deliver qualified leads to recruitment team for conversion xii. Track ongoing metrics, including lead generation, campaign effectiveness, engagement levels, funnel advancement xiii. Provide reports, insights and recommendations based on data 6.
